內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)(畢業(yè)論文) I 液壓伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)式鑄坯結(jié)晶器振動(dòng)裝置設(shè)計(jì) 摘要 結(jié)晶器振動(dòng)裝置是連鑄中的蘭鍵設(shè)備 ,其振動(dòng)形式、控制斱式以及在線(xiàn)監(jiān)測(cè)不調(diào)整 ,對(duì)連鑄質(zhì)量具有重要影響。因此 ,研究連鑄結(jié)晶器振動(dòng)裝置及控制技術(shù)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文 通迆對(duì)連鑄機(jī)結(jié)晶器技術(shù)収展及結(jié)晶器振動(dòng)斱式演發(fā)的闡述,提出了電液伺服驅(qū)動(dòng),幵對(duì)其振動(dòng)形式及其巟作原理迚行了實(shí)質(zhì)性的分析。然后繪制了機(jī)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)圖,幵對(duì)其運(yùn)動(dòng)參數(shù)及巟藝參數(shù)迚行了分析計(jì)算!最后通迆校核、機(jī)構(gòu)的仿真分析完成了本次設(shè)計(jì)! 關(guān)鍵詞:連鑄機(jī);結(jié)晶器 ;正弦 振動(dòng);電液伺服控制;振動(dòng)裝置 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)(畢業(yè)論文) II Desigh of the hydraulic pressure servo actuation type casts the semifinished product crystallizer shakeout equipment Abstract The crystallizer shakeout equipment is in the continuous casting key equipment, its vibration form, the control mode as well as the online monitor and the adjustment, have the material effect to the continuous casting quality. Therefore, the research continuous casting crystallizer shakeout equipment and the control technology have the vital practical significance. This article through the elaboration which evolves to the continue caster crystallizer technological development and the crystallizer vibration way, proposed the battery solution servo actuates, and has carried on the substantive analysis to its vibration form and the principle of work. Then has drawn up the anization diagram, and has carried on the analysis putation to its parameter of movement and the technological parameter!
