【正文】 青島理工大學畢業(yè)設計（論文） 第 IXX 公司辦公樓 ，設計采用 鋼筋混凝土 全 現(xiàn)澆 框架結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑層數(shù)為五層， 底層為產(chǎn)品展廳，二至四層為辦公室，五層為設備用房及貯藏空間。 建筑總高度為 ， 總 建筑面積約為 ，其中底層占地面積為 1054 m2。 根據(jù)設計的要求， 設計使用年限為 50 年，抗震設防烈度為 6度，抗震等級為三級。 首先 對建筑進行施工圖預算，包括基礎部分、主體部分、裝飾裝修部分及各構(gòu)件的鋼筋工程量計算，在施工圖預算中 我熟悉了各構(gòu)件工程量計算規(guī)則，并參閱了大量參考資料。其次是對外腳手架的計算，包含了腳手板、縱橫向水平桿、立桿的彎矩及撓度的驗算等。 最后是施工組織設計 ，通過施工組織設計得出了橫道圖及施工平面圖 。 通過對 該 工程 的施工圖預算和施工組織設計 ，熟悉了 構(gòu)件的設計 ，掌握了 工程量 計算的基本方法，同時，對四年所學的專業(yè)知識和基本概念有了更加深刻的理解，在一定程度上提高了分析和解決實際問題的能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：框架結(jié)構(gòu)，鋼筋混凝土 結(jié)構(gòu) ，施工組織設計 青島理工大學畢業(yè)設計（論文） 第 II 頁 ABSTRACT The construction of XX office building, Shandong Province of qingdao designed with the framework of castinplace reinforced concrete structure, the floors of the construction is five and the bottom floor is used as exhibition halls, the floors from 2 to 4 are office.
