【正文】 青島理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 第 IXX 公司辦公樓 ，設(shè)計(jì)采用 鋼筋混凝土 全 現(xiàn)澆 框架結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑層數(shù)為五層， 底層為產(chǎn)品展廳，二至四層為辦公室，五層為設(shè)備用房及貯藏空間。 建筑總高度為 ， 總 建筑面積約為 ，其中底層占地面積為 1054 m2。 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)的要求， 設(shè)計(jì)使用年限為 50 年，抗震設(shè)防烈度為 6度，抗震等級(jí)為三級(jí)。 首先 對(duì)建筑進(jìn)行施工圖預(yù)算，包括基礎(chǔ)部分、主體部分、裝飾裝修部分及各構(gòu)件的鋼筋工程量計(jì)算，在施工圖預(yù)算中 我熟悉了各構(gòu)件工程量計(jì)算規(guī)則，并參閱了大量參考資料。其次是對(duì)外腳手架的計(jì)算，包含了腳手板、縱橫向水平桿、立桿的彎矩及撓度的驗(yàn)算等。 最后是施工組織設(shè)計(jì) ，通過(guò)施工組織設(shè)計(jì)得出了橫道圖及施工平面圖 。 通過(guò)對(duì) 該 工程 的施工圖預(yù)算和施工組織設(shè)計(jì) ，熟悉了 構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì) ，掌握了 工程量 計(jì)算的基本方法，同時(shí)，對(duì)四年所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和基本概念有了更加深刻的理解，在一定程度上提高了分析和解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：框架結(jié)構(gòu)，鋼筋混凝土 結(jié)構(gòu) ，施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 青島理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） 第 II 頁(yè) ABSTRACT The construction of XX office building, Shandong Province of qingdao designed with the framework of castinplace reinforced concrete structure, the floors of the construction is five and the bottom floor is used as exhibition halls, the floors from 2 to 4 are office.
