Bao Yu Heilongjiang Institute of Technology I 摘 要 汽車(chē)后視鏡反映汽車(chē)后方、側(cè)方和下方的情況,使駕駛者可以間 接看清楚這些位置的情況,擴(kuò)大了駕駛者的視野范圍。汽車(chē)后視鏡的控制應(yīng)簡(jiǎn)單可靠,并且可以依據(jù)駕駛員的要求隨時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。 此次 設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)機(jī)械觸點(diǎn)式電動(dòng)后視鏡開(kāi)關(guān)存在 缺點(diǎn),依據(jù)賽馬轎車(chē)電動(dòng)后視鏡的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行必要的技 術(shù)改進(jìn)。分析其觸點(diǎn)燒蝕的原因,進(jìn)行電路設(shè)計(jì),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電動(dòng)后視鏡的 控 制 。結(jié)合單片機(jī)的發(fā)展及其在 汽車(chē)上的應(yīng)用,提出利用單片機(jī)控制電動(dòng)后視鏡轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)方案。取消 機(jī)械觸點(diǎn),并對(duì)控制電路進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)以及部 分改裝,使控制線(xiàn)路簡(jiǎn)化,從而在保證實(shí)現(xiàn)電動(dòng)后視鏡控制 , 同時(shí)減少了原車(chē)電路復(fù)雜的控制線(xiàn)束。在不破壞原車(chē)結(jié)構(gòu)的同時(shí),便于拆 卸與安裝,使用控制簡(jiǎn)單可靠。具有很好的互換性。 關(guān)鍵詞: 電動(dòng)后視鏡 ; 單片機(jī) ; 控制電路 ; 直流電動(dòng)機(jī) ; 優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì) II ABSTRACT Motor vehicle rearview mirror to reflect the rear, side and the bottom of the situation, so that drivers can see clearly the location of the indirect, expanded the scope of the vision of motorist.
