桂 林 航 天 工 業(yè) 學(xué) 院 I 壓力容器制造工藝研究 摘要 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,壓力容器制造水平越來(lái)越高,壓力容器涉及多個(gè)學(xué)科, 綜合性很強(qiáng),一臺(tái)壓力容器從參數(shù)確定到投入正常使用,要通過(guò)很多的環(huán)節(jié)及相關(guān) 部門的各類工程技術(shù)人員的共同努力才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本論文簡(jiǎn)述了壓力容器的結(jié)構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),主要研究了壓力容器的焊接工藝及工藝評(píng)定,在對(duì) 熔化槽槽體 進(jìn)行了一定的介紹與筆者理解前提下,對(duì) 熔化槽槽體 進(jìn)行了焊接工藝 的制定與焊接工藝的評(píng)定。經(jīng)過(guò)筆者查閱收集資料,闡述了壓力容器的組成結(jié)構(gòu)與壓力容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn),通過(guò)查閱焊接手冊(cè)及壓力容器工藝手冊(cè),對(duì)壓力容器的焊接材 料與焊接工藝有了一定的了解,在老師的大力關(guān)心與輔導(dǎo)下完成了壓力容器的工藝 制定 與工藝評(píng)定。通過(guò)對(duì) 熔化槽槽體 焊接工藝的評(píng)定,發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力容器的制造可以用 一定的 材料,結(jié)構(gòu)生產(chǎn)是嚴(yán)格復(fù)雜的,保證了容器的安全生產(chǎn)與安全使用。通過(guò)對(duì)常溫低壓 熔化槽槽體 焊接工藝評(píng)定的研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)壓力容器的制作是一個(gè)復(fù)雜而又嚴(yán)緊的過(guò)程,壓力容器的每個(gè)部分都需要確定使用的材料與焊接工藝,不可忽視每一個(gè)很小的環(huán)節(jié),否則將會(huì)有生命的危險(xiǎn)。這樣多種性的操作特點(diǎn)給壓力容器從選材、制造、檢驗(yàn)到使用、維護(hù)以致管理等諸方面造成了復(fù)雜性,因此對(duì)壓力容器的制造、現(xiàn)場(chǎng) 組焊、檢驗(yàn)等諸多環(huán)節(jié)提出了越來(lái)越高的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞:壓力容器結(jié)構(gòu)生產(chǎn) ; 焊接工藝 ; 焊接參數(shù) ; 焊縫質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn) ; 熔化槽槽體 桂 林 航 天 工 業(yè) 學(xué) 院 II Pressure vessel manufacturingtechnology research Science Students cheng xing jun Guidance teacher Wei Zhen Abstract Along with the science and technology development, the pressure vessel manufacture level is more and more high,The pressure vessel involves many disciplines, the prehensive nature is very strong, a pressure vessel determines from the parameter to the investment normal use,must can realize through very many links and the correlation department39。s each kind of engineers and technicians39。 joint present paper has summarized the pressure vessel structure standard, Mainly has studied the pressure vessel welding craft and the craft evaluation,In has carried on certain introduction and the author to the Melting groove understood under the premise, has carried on the welding operation code formulation and the welding craft evaluation to the propane storage tank,Consults the data collection after the author, elaborated the pressure vessel position structure and the pressure vessel standard, through the consult welding handbook and the pressure vessel craft handbook, had certain understanding to the pressure vessel welding material and the welding craft,Has pleted the pressure vessel operation code manufacture and the craft evaluation in under teacher39。s vigorously care and counselling,Through to the propane storage tank welding craft evaluation, discovered the pressure vessel the manufacture may use certain new material, the structure production is strict plex, has guaranteed the vessel safety in production and the safety handling Through to the normal temperature low pressure Melting groove welding craft evaluation research, discovered the pressure vessel the manufacture is 桂 林 航 天 工 業(yè) 學(xué) 院 III one plex and the close process, pressure vessel each part all needs to determine the use the material and the welding craft, noticeable each very small link, otherwise will be able to have the life that such many kinds of the operating feature for the pressure vessel from the selection, the manufacture, examined to the use, the maintenance the management and so on the various aspects has created the plexity, therefore to the pressure vessel manufacture, the scene group welded, the examination and so on many links set the more and more high request.
