【正文】 桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 )報告用紙 編號: 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 題 目: 電源插 頭 注 射模設(shè)計 學(xué) 院: 專 業(yè): 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號: 指導(dǎo)教師: 職 稱: 題目類型: 理論研究 實驗研究 √ 工程設(shè)計 工程技術(shù)研究 軟件開發(fā) 年 月 日 桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 )報告用紙 摘 要 塑料模具的發(fā)展是隨著塑料工業(yè)的發(fā)展而發(fā)展的。近年業(yè),人們對各種設(shè)備和用品輕量化要求越來越高,這就為塑料制品提供了更為廣闊的市場。 為了做到高質(zhì)高效低成本來提高市場占有率 ,注塑模具的開發(fā)、設(shè)計 具有重大 意義 。 本設(shè)計對 “電源插頭 ”進行 研究和討論,分析 了 其工藝特點,介紹其注射模結(jié)構(gòu)及模具的工作過程 , 系統(tǒng)闡述了 注射模設(shè)計過程, 對 電源插頭 塑料制件結(jié)構(gòu)和成型工藝進行分析 , 主要包括成型位置的及分型面的選擇,模具型腔數(shù)的確定及型腔的排列和流道布局和澆口位置的選擇,模具工作零件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,推出機構(gòu) 的設(shè)計,拉料桿的形式選擇,排氣方式設(shè)計等。 通過對流量計控制閥體工藝的正確分析,設(shè)計了一副一模 兩 腔的塑料模具,通過對比確定了合適的分型面并針對其結(jié)構(gòu)特點采用了臥式注射機。 在本次設(shè)計中抽芯機構(gòu)是設(shè)計的難點也是重點。 由于零件 一個側(cè)向有空 ,因此采用 側(cè)向 抽芯機構(gòu),設(shè)置 2 個 斜導(dǎo)柱抽 芯,通 過推 桿 推出塑件 。 本設(shè)計方案結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,滿足制品大批量生產(chǎn)、高精度、外形復(fù)雜的要求,設(shè)計參考了以往注射模具的設(shè)計經(jīng)驗,并結(jié)合制件性能,簡化設(shè)計機構(gòu),并且運用 AutoCAD、 Pro/e等軟件進行二維和三維繪圖,縮短了生產(chǎn)周期。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 電源 插頭 ; 塑料注射模 ; 側(cè)抽芯 桂林電子科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 )報告用紙 Abstract The plastic mold39。s development is develops along with the plastics industry development. In recent years, the people were getting higher and higher request to lightweight of each kind of equipment and the thing, this has provided a broader market for the plastic products. To be high efficient and costeffective tool to enhance their market shares and development, design is of vital importance. The design of the power plug to carry out research and discussion, and analysis of the characteristics of its technology to introduce the structure of injection mold and die work processes, systems on the process of injection mold design, plastic fittings for power plug structure and forming process analysis, including the location and the molding surface of choice, to determine the number of mold cavity and the cavity flow arrangement and the layout and the choice of gate location, the work of parts of the structure of mold design, the introduction of institutional design, drawing materials under the form of options, such as exhaust design. Through the correct process analysis, design two cavities of plastic die, and determine surface and structural horizontal injection molding machine by paring . As part of a free to use to the socket, therefore, the two leading posts in the socket, by putting out of plastic.
