【正文】 濟(jì)南大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 I 光化學(xué)及光催化氧化法處理高濃度廢水 摘 要 光催化氧化技術(shù)具有高效、節(jié)能、清潔無(wú)毒等突出優(yōu)點(diǎn) ,是一項(xiàng)具有廣泛應(yīng)用前景的新型水污染處理技術(shù) , 越來(lái)越受到人們的重視 。 本文 以硝酸鎳、硫酸鈦、氫氧化鈉、碳酸鈉為原料 ,采用煅燒水滑石法制備了 Ni摻雜 TiO2 的粒子 ,并利用 XRD 的測(cè)試手段對(duì)制備的摻雜 Ni的 TiO2 納米粒子進(jìn)行表征 。以金橙 Ⅱ 為光催化反應(yīng)模型 ,研究了煅燒溫度、鎳摻雜量、底物濃度等對(duì) TiO2 光學(xué)性能及光催化活性的影響。結(jié)果表明 : 樣品的催化活性隨焙燒溫度的提高而降低。樣品經(jīng) 500 ℃ 煅燒 ,隨 Ni摻雜 量增加 ,光催化性降低 ;樣品的催化降解的效率隨底物濃度的增加先升高當(dāng)達(dá)到一個(gè)峰值時(shí),然后降低,在 10mg/L 時(shí)達(dá)到最佳值; 樣品在鎳鈦比 2: 煅燒溫度 500℃ 的情況下降解效率最佳。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 二氧化鈦;光催化降解;鎳 ; 金橙Ⅱ 濟(jì)南大學(xué)畢業(yè)論文 II ABSTRACT Photocatalytic oxidation technology has many prominent characteristics, such as high efficiency, energy saving, clean and nontoxic and so on. It is a new water treatment technology which has wide application prospect and attracts more and more people39。s attention. In this paper, I make particles that Ni doped TiO2 by using nickel nitrate, sulfate, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbonate as the raw materials and using calcining hydrotalcite method. I characterize preparation of TiO2 nanoparticles doped Ni by means of XRD test. I study the influences of the calcination temperature, Nidoping, the substrate concentration on the optical properties by using Gold orange Ⅱ as the photocatalytic reaction model. The results showed that: the catalytic activity of samples decreaseds with the calcination temperature increases. After being calcined at 500℃ , samples39。 photocatalytic reduces with the increase of Ni doping, photo catalytic reduction。 The efficiency of photocatalytic degradation of samples reaches to a peak and then decreases with the substrate concentration increasing(it reaches the best value in the 10mg/L).Sample39。s solution efficiency is the best when Ni/Ti 2:1, calcined in 500℃ .
