【正文】 蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） I 摘 要 施工組織設(shè)計是建筑施工組織的核心和靈魂，是對工程建設(shè)項目全過程的構(gòu)思設(shè)想和具體安排，用來指導(dǎo)施工項目全過程各項活動的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和組織的綜合性文件。 本施工組織設(shè)計是針對 蘭州市城關(guān)區(qū)紅山東路 102號某某高層住宅 樓工程設(shè)計方案的綱領(lǐng)性文件。編制 時 對項目管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、施工總體部署、施工準(zhǔn)備、主要分部分項工程施工方法、工程質(zhì)量保證措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工現(xiàn)場管理措施等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮，突出科學(xué)性、適用性及針對性，是確保優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任務(wù)的重要技術(shù)文件。 本設(shè)計主要包 括以下內(nèi)容： 編制說明及編制依據(jù)、工程概況及難點(diǎn)特點(diǎn)、施工部署、施工平面布置。為確保工期、質(zhì)量及安全、文明工地，節(jié)約成本等條件，編制出針對性的施工組織設(shè)計，每個分部分項工程的特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、施工難易程度工期和質(zhì)量要求，編制出切實可行的施工方案。以指導(dǎo)施工順利地完成本工程項目的建設(shè)，控制工程成本，創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)工程。 最終成果：工程施工組織設(shè)計書、中英文翻譯、施工總平面布置圖、降水工程井點(diǎn)布置圖、土方開挖示意圖、為保證工期繪制了施工計劃網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖和橫道圖。 關(guān)鍵詞：施工組織設(shè)計、建設(shè)項目、技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、組織、項目管理、總體 部署、優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗 蘭州交通大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） II Abstract Construction design is the heart and soul of the construction anization, it is conceived ideas and specific arrangements for the whole process of the engineering and construction projects, it is a prehensive document used to guide the technical, economic and anization of the construction project activities.
