I 普通 v 帶參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng) 摘 要 在 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,機(jī)械制造業(yè)的應(yīng)用十分廣泛。特別是在農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械、工程機(jī)械、 軍事應(yīng)用當(dāng)中占據(jù)著重要位置。 在進(jìn)入工業(yè)時(shí)代以來,機(jī)械制造 始終是創(chuàng)造社會財(cái)富的主要來源 , 是衡量國家綜合國力的重要指標(biāo) 。而對于制造業(yè),例如一些大型的機(jī)械設(shè)備,一般都是要依靠機(jī)械傳動提供所需要的動力,而在機(jī)械傳動中 V 帶傳動式最傳統(tǒng)也是現(xiàn)在最為廣泛的機(jī)械傳動 。因此,掌握 V 帶傳動的設(shè)計(jì)是十分重要和必要的。本篇文章應(yīng)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過 vb 軟件強(qiáng)大的功能,使得普通 v帶的參數(shù)化系統(tǒng)得到實(shí)現(xiàn),與傳統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)方法相比 ,極大地提高工作效率,減少了大量的工作時(shí)間。總的來看,本次設(shè)計(jì)包含了數(shù)學(xué)模型的建立和程序的編制。當(dāng)設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)完成時(shí),我們可以得到一個(gè)可視化的操作界面,此界面可以輸入一些 用戶給定的原始條件 ,然后程序自動進(jìn)行 設(shè)計(jì)校核 計(jì)算,并得到相應(yīng)的結(jié)果。 此外, vb 上手比較容易,且能建立友好的界面,其功能比較實(shí)用,便于理解面向?qū)ο缶幊?,這也是此次設(shè)計(jì)選取 vb 的原因。 關(guān)鍵詞: V帶傳動; 機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì); 數(shù)學(xué)模型 II Abstract In with the development of science and technology, mechanical manufacturing used widely. Therefore, master V belt transmission design is very important and necessary. This article used the mechanical design method, through the vb software powerful functions, making mon v belt parameterization system implemented, and the traditional design method than, greatly improve work efficiency, reduce a lot of time. In general, the design includes establishing mathematics model and programming. When the design of the system is pleted, we can get a visual interface, the interface can input some known conditions and the program automatically calculation, and obtained the corresponding results.
