I 摘 要 隨著經(jīng)濟建設的發(fā)展,中國當前城市建設發(fā)展迅速,其規(guī)模之大、范圍之廣,均是空前的。 工廠供電,就是指工廠所需電能的供應和分配,亦稱工廠配電。 眾所周知,電能是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主要能源和動力。電能既易于由其它形式的能量轉(zhuǎn)換而來,又易于轉(zhuǎn)換為其它形式的能量以供應用;電能的輸送的分配既簡單經(jīng)濟,又便于控制、調(diào)節(jié)和測量,有利于實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程自動化。因此,電能在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)及整個國民經(jīng)濟生活中應用極為廣泛 在工廠里,電能雖然是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主要能源和動力,但是它在產(chǎn)品成本中所占的比重一般很小(除電 化工業(yè)外)。電能在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的重要性,并不在于它在產(chǎn)品成本中或投資總 額中所占的比重多少,而在于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)實現(xiàn)電氣化以后可以大大增加產(chǎn)量,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,提高勞動生產(chǎn)率,降低生產(chǎn)成本,減輕工人的勞動強度,改善工人的勞動條件,有利于實現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)過程自動化。從另一方面來說,如果工廠的電能供應突然中斷,則對工業(yè)生產(chǎn)可能造成嚴重的后果。 因此,做好工廠供電工作對于發(fā)展工業(yè)生產(chǎn),實現(xiàn)工業(yè)現(xiàn)代化,具有十分重要的意義。由于能源節(jié)約是工廠供電工作的一個重要方面,而能源節(jié)約對于國家經(jīng)濟建設具有十分重要的戰(zhàn)略意義,因此做好工廠 供電工作,對于節(jié)約能源、支援國家經(jīng)濟建設,也具有重大的作用。 工廠供電工作要很好地為工業(yè)生產(chǎn)服務,切實保證工廠生產(chǎn)和生活用電的需要,并做好節(jié)能工作,就必須達到以下基本要求: ( 1) 安全 在電能的供應、分配和使用中,不應發(fā)生人身事故和設備事故。( 2) 可靠 應滿足電能用戶對供電可靠性的要求。 ( 3) 優(yōu)質(zhì) 應滿足電能用戶對電壓和頻率等質(zhì)量的要求 ( 4) 經(jīng)濟 供電系統(tǒng)的投資要少,運行費用要低,并盡可能地節(jié)約電能和減少有色金屬的消耗量。 此外,在供電工作中,應合理地處理局部和全局、當前和長遠 等關系,既要照 II 顧局部的當前的利益,又要有全局觀點,能顧全大局,適應發(fā)展。 總之一句話:定位現(xiàn)實,著眼未來;以發(fā)展的眼光來設計此課題。 關鍵詞 : 建筑電氣領域 功率 照明 III Abstract With the development of economic construction, the construction and development of present city of China are fast, its scale big , range is wide, is permeate the bination mutually with the information because of the building technique with fast and fierce development of building electricity technology, in 1980’s age the period the new building typeintelligent buildings turned out.
