【正文】 河南科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 湖畔地產(chǎn)中心廣場(chǎng)地下車庫 建筑結(jié)構(gòu) 設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目為“湖畔地產(chǎn)中心廣場(chǎng)地下車庫 建筑結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)”。設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括建筑設(shè)計(jì)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、基坑支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì) 三 部分。建筑設(shè)計(jì)是在總體規(guī)劃的前提下,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書的要求,確定設(shè)計(jì)方案,畫出建筑施工圖;結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)是在建筑物初步設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上確定結(jié)構(gòu)方案,繪制結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖;基坑支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)則是基于車庫施工時(shí)采用明挖法而設(shè)計(jì)的便于施工主題的輔助結(jié)構(gòu),也繪出了施工圖。 該設(shè)計(jì)采用 鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆 框架結(jié)構(gòu),地下兩層 。根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求,設(shè)防烈度為 7 度,抗震等級(jí)為三級(jí),設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)按構(gòu)造設(shè)計(jì)。 根據(jù) 任務(wù)書定出各層平面圖及平面布置。 本方案主體結(jié)構(gòu)為縱橫向承重框架。在進(jìn)行荷載計(jì)算和構(gòu)件截面估算后, 選取了一榀框架 進(jìn)行計(jì)算 ,計(jì)算內(nèi)容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的選取及線剛度的計(jì)算;恒載、活載、水土壓力作用下梁端、柱端彎矩、剪力的計(jì)算;框架梁柱配筋計(jì)算;樓梯配筋計(jì)算及基礎(chǔ)配筋計(jì)算??蚣苁芰︿摻钪饕捎芒蚣?jí)鋼筋,箍筋主要采用Ⅰ級(jí)鋼筋 。整個(gè)方案設(shè)計(jì)基本符合設(shè)計(jì)和結(jié)構(gòu)要求,具有一定的合理性。 通過對(duì) 車庫 樓層平面圖、剖面圖、構(gòu)造圖的繪制和結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),熟悉了設(shè)計(jì)的全過程,掌握了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的基本方法,順利地完成了畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)。同 時(shí),對(duì)大學(xué)所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)和基本概念有了更深的理解,從而提高了分析和解決實(shí)際問題的能力。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 框架結(jié)構(gòu),建筑設(shè)計(jì),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì) ,基坑支護(hù)設(shè)計(jì) 河南科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II ARCHITECTURAL AND STRUCTURAL DESIGN AND FUONDATION PIT SUPPORT DESIGE OF 2— STORIED UNDEREARTH GARAGE ABSTRACT The project is a 2storied underearth garage in LuoYang, which pose of three parts: one is architectural design,one is strucral design and the other is foundation pit support design . In the first step, the preliminary sketch of the library is decrmined. After analyzing the function , the overall arrangment of three basic potionsstack room, book borrowing area and reading room are finished. Which also meet the provisions of ventilstion, lighting and sunlight. The height of floor, gridding of column, place and dimension of the stair are fixd according to the require ments of the Code for Design of Library’s buildings. Then the architectural shop drawings must be done. Besides, the structural layouts are subsequently carried on and reinforced concrete frame is served as the main structural type. To begin with determing the directions of the frame ,the calculating uint and plan are gained. After summing up the dead loads and live loads of each floor, the internal forces of frame under the vertical load are calculated by means of employing the method of bending moment distribution, whose results are adjusted at both sides of sides of the beam. The basic wind pressure is referred from the load code for the design of building structures and internal forces are puted via Dvalue method. Furthermore, the horizontal displacement is checked to suffice the need。The antiseismic design and fortification measures are got via the method of bottomshear force. Afterwards, the bination of internal force can be made by using the Excel and ward software, whose purpose is to find one or several sets of the most adverse internal force of the column and coterminous girders,which will be the basis of sectional reinfocements. The floor 河南科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) III panel and roof slab are considered as twodirection board according to plastic theory 。The staircase uses castinplace beam staircase。 Lastly, with making reference to the geological conditions, the form of base is determined as independent foundation. Then ,not only the foundation bearing capacity and deformation checking are design , but also carrying on the infrastructure design on the basis of Code for Design of Building foundation.
