三維造型軟件在模具設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用 (按鈕注射模設(shè)計) 鄭州輕工業(yè) 學(xué)院 專科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 題 目 三維造型軟件在模具設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用 按鈕 注射模設(shè)計 學(xué)生姓名 專業(yè)班級 模 具 (三 ) 班 學(xué) 號 系 別 輕 化 工 程 系 指導(dǎo)教師 (職稱 ) 完成時間 2021年 04 月 10日 三維造型軟件在模具設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用 (按鈕注射模設(shè)計) 三維造型軟件在模具設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用 (按鈕 注射模設(shè)計 ) 摘 要 本文主要介紹的是按鈕注射模結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計方法,首先分析 按鈕的塑料工藝特點,包括塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)要素、尺寸公差和精度的 選擇等,并對按鈕注射模具的成型設(shè)備進(jìn)行初步選擇。接著介紹了按鈕注射模的分型面的選擇、型腔數(shù)目的確定,對兩種型腔排列方式作出了對比選擇。 重點介紹了按鈕注射模的澆注系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、加熱 系統(tǒng)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架的選擇以及成型零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計等。同時對加熱系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、成型零部件的工作尺寸 的確定與模具各個零件的選材和熱處理工藝進(jìn)行了計算,最后對注射機的工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行了校 核。 另外 本文 還 敘述了應(yīng)用 Pro/ E進(jìn)行模具 3D 總裝配設(shè)計的基本思路,并結(jié)合具體實例說明了應(yīng)用 EMX 設(shè)計模具總裝配的基本流程和具體步驟,該設(shè)計思路和方法也適合應(yīng)用其它軟件進(jìn)行模具的 3D 總裝配設(shè)計。提出了利用 Pro/ E進(jìn)行注塑模設(shè)計給企業(yè)帶來的巨大經(jīng)濟效益。 經(jīng)過驗證,本模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計巧妙,操作方便,使用壽命較長, 塑件達(dá)到了規(guī)定的技術(shù)要求 。 關(guān)鍵詞 按鈕 /注射模 /分型面 /Pro/E 三維造型軟件在模具設(shè)計中的應(yīng)用 (按鈕注射模設(shè)計) THREEDIMENSIONAL MODELING SOFTWARE IN THE MOLD DESIGN ABSTRACT The designing methods of injection structure of the button were mainly introduced in this article .First the technological characteristics of the button were analyzed ,including the main parts of structure of the spare part of the plastics ,the selection of size tolerance and accurate degree of the spare parts of the plastics .According to the above ,the forming equipment was selected .Then parting line was selected ,the number of cavities was assured ,and an parison selection was made between two layout types of cavities .A specific introduction was made on feed system of the injection mould ,cooling system ,heating system ,the selection of standard mould bases ,and the design of the structure of forming parts .Meanwhile the heating system ,the cooling system ,working dimension of forming parts were assured .And the corepulling distance and ejecting distance were calculated .At last the technological parameters of the forming equipment were calculated . The basic thoughts for 3D assemble design of injection mold based on Pro/ E isintroduced. The designing of the layout and the process of 3D assemble are instantiated withEMX by an example. It is of certain reference value to the 3D assemble of mold design by othersoftware. bring forward that the design of the injection mold by Pro/ E brings greateconomy benefint .
