摘 要 油庫是接收、儲存、發(fā)放石油或石油產(chǎn)品的 獨(dú)立 企業(yè)或單位。它是協(xié)調(diào)原油生產(chǎn)、原油加工、成品油供應(yīng)及運(yùn)輸?shù)募~帶,是國家石油儲備和供應(yīng)的基地,也是我 國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)和軍隊(duì)后勤建設(shè)的重要組成部分。它對于保障國防和促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展具有相當(dāng)重要的意義。 由于石油工業(yè)的快速進(jìn)步和石油戰(zhàn)略地位的不斷提高,油庫的建設(shè)也越來越重要。本設(shè)計(jì)將根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書,在 B 油田聯(lián)合站附近擬建一座原油庫,以便聯(lián)合站凈化油經(jīng)其中轉(zhuǎn)到相向的外輸首站及煉油廠。 在綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的專業(yè)知識的前提下,查閱了有關(guān) 原油庫各操作單元設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算 的 規(guī)范及文獻(xiàn) 。本設(shè)計(jì)闡述了設(shè)計(jì)思路和相關(guān)理論 , 介紹 了主要運(yùn)用到的計(jì)算公式、計(jì)算結(jié)果;詳細(xì) 說明 了原油庫各操作 單元 的計(jì)算過程,并 設(shè)計(jì) 了 該油庫的 總平面布置 圖 和工藝流程圖。本設(shè)計(jì) 主要包括 總平面布置、工藝流程 及 消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算、自動(dòng)化控制概念設(shè)計(jì) 等方面 。 本油庫的總平面布置符合有關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定, 工藝設(shè)計(jì)合理 、且 完全滿足任務(wù)書規(guī)定的 收發(fā)油及儲存作業(yè) 要求。 關(guān)鍵詞: 原 油庫;工藝設(shè)計(jì);平面布置;設(shè)備;油田 ABSTRACT Oil depot is an independent enterprise or pany to receive, store and distribute petroleum or petroleum products. It is a link to coordinate the production and processing of crude oil, and the supply and transportation of petroleum products. It is a base of the national oil reserves and supply. It is as well as an important ponent part of the national modernization and army logistic construction. It has an important significance to guarantee the safety of national defense and promote the rapid development of national economy. With the rapidly progressing of oil industry and the rising of the strategic petroleum status, the construction of oil depot is also being increasingly important. According to the design task, a crude oil depot B nearby a bined station is being to be constructed. So that the purified mercial crude oils can be transported out of the depot B to the terminal station and a refinery locating at the opposite direction. Under the condition of prehensively using the professional knowledge, the related criteria and references on the design and calculation of each operation unit for the crude oil depot were studied. This design mainly expounds the design thinking, related theories, and introduces the main calculation formula and results, and describes in detail the calculation steps of each operation unit, and presents the overall plane layout and process flow diagram. This design mainly includes the design of overall plane layout, process flow and fire fighting system design and calculation, and the concept design of automate control system. The overall plane layout meets the prescription of related criteria, the process flow design is reasonable and pletely meets the requirements of the receive, distribution and storage operation demanded by the job specification.
