【正文】 題目 ： IBC 桶內(nèi)膽成型機設(shè)計 —— 梁架部件設(shè)計 姓 名： 指導教師： 專 業(yè)： 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計（論文） I 摘 要 隨著 化 學工業(yè) 的迅猛 發(fā) 展以及化工 產(chǎn) 品在 國際貿(mào) 易的不 斷擴 大 ,集化 運輸 的日益 發(fā) 展 ,液體容器大型化 、 標 準化 發(fā) 展 潛力 巨大 。集裝桶等替代鋼質(zhì)容器的步伐在加快，極大地刺激了大型中空容器業(yè)的發(fā)展。 目前 國內(nèi) 主要以 1000升以下 規(guī) 格的桶中 轉(zhuǎn) 和分 裝為 主 ,特 別在 運輸 、 灌 、 耐腐 蝕 、 衛(wèi) 生等方面需要改善和提高。因 為 IBC桶在灌 裝 、 耐腐 蝕 、 衛(wèi) 生等方面具有明 顯 的優(yōu)越性 ,國 外已有大量此 類 的 產(chǎn) 品 ,并且 運 用十分 廣泛 ,這就要 求 國內(nèi) 必 須加 快 這方 面的 開發(fā) 與研究。 本文主要研究的是 IBC桶成型機的設(shè) 計，也就是吹塑機。生產(chǎn)出來的產(chǎn)品就是 IBC桶，我們所熟悉的是 IBC桶。具有容量大，質(zhì)量輕，高強，耐腐蝕的優(yōu)點。論文全面收集了 IBC桶成型機工作裝置設(shè)計的有關(guān)資料，對成型機的各種工況進行了分析，主要是梁架部件的設(shè)計，總結(jié)了成型機工作裝置的設(shè)計要求，針對總體的工藝要求和設(shè)備情況，確定了總體的設(shè)計方案 。 關(guān)鍵詞： IBC桶 ， 吹塑機，梁架 II ABSTRACT With the rapid development of chemical industry and chemical products in international trade continues to expand, the growing container transport development of large liquid containers, and the standardization of the enormous potential for development.
