【正文】 摘要 我設(shè)計的是華晟榮煤礦。年產(chǎn)量 ,無斷層,地質(zhì)構(gòu)造簡單 .煤層傾角為 2— 4,平均厚度 4米。我設(shè)計的章節(jié)有 8章: 述及地質(zhì)特征 、設(shè)計生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限 盤區(qū)式準(zhǔn)備方式 基本技術(shù)經(jīng)濟指標(biāo) 。 礦井采用盤區(qū)式準(zhǔn)備方式,工作面設(shè)計長度 190m,采煤方法為綜合機械化放頂煤開采。礦井年工作日 340d,晝夜凈提升時間為 16h。礦井采用“三八制”工 作制度,二班生產(chǎn),一班檢修 ,生產(chǎn)班每班完成 2 個采煤循環(huán)。礦井煤炭采用膠帶輸送機運輸,輔助運輸采用蓄電池式電機車牽引固定箱式礦車。設(shè)計采用綜采工藝,走向長壁采煤法,用全部垮落法處理采空區(qū)。工作面采用國內(nèi)外先進采煤設(shè)備,以達(dá)到工作面高產(chǎn)高效。并對礦井運輸、提升、排水和通風(fēng)等各個生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)備選型計算,以及對礦井的安全技術(shù)提出措施,完成整個礦井的初步設(shè)計。 關(guān)鍵詞:開拓布置;采煤方法;提升運輸;通風(fēng) Summary My design is about the HuaShengRong Coal Mine. The occurrences of coal seam in the internal mining is very steady and there is no normal fault. What’s more, the geologic structure is simple. The annual production of it is about / a. The dip angle of coal seam is 24 and its average thickness is 4 miles. My design has 8 chapters in total, they are: chapter1. Overview of mining area and geologic structure, chapter2. mine reserves, the design production capacity and service life 3. mine field development, chapter4. Standby mode which is the disczone standby mode, chapter5. The method of coal mine, chapter6. underground transportation, chapter7. mine hoist chapter8. mine ventilation and safety, chapter design of mine basic technical and economic indexes. The mine adopts the panel type preparation method, working face design length is 190m, the mining method is Complex Mechanical Releasing Top Coal Mining Technology. Working day of mine is 340 days. The time of ascend day and night is about 16 hours. The mine adopts March system as working system. And double shift production, maintenance intervals, production shift class pleted two mining cycle. Coal mine using belt conveyor to transport. The design adopts fully mechanized mining technology and longwall mining method to mine coal. In addition, using all the caving method to deal with minedout area. In order to achieve high yield and high, working face coal face adopts the advanced mining equipment from domestic and overseas. Besides, calculating the equipment selection of mine transport, lifting, drainage and ventilation, and various other production systems. And to propose measures for mine safety technology. All of these is for the purpose of pleting the preliminary design of the entire mine.
