河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 1 博文礦礦井設(shè)計(jì) 前 言 這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)我們所做的是河北邢臺(tái)礦業(yè)集團(tuán)下屬的博文礦 礦井設(shè)計(jì)。 在這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)之前,我們?cè)?楊永辰,王同杰,劉富明 老師的帶領(lǐng)下到 邢臺(tái)礦進(jìn)行了為期一個(gè)月的生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)。在這次生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中 ,我們收集了大量的設(shè)計(jì)資料并結(jié)合生產(chǎn)中現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作的經(jīng)驗(yàn),完成了對(duì)邢臺(tái) 礦礦井的初步設(shè)計(jì)。并且在這次生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中,更加深了我們對(duì)今后所從事的工作的了解;同時(shí),我們也獲得了先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)思想及設(shè)計(jì)中所涉及到的在學(xué)校里所學(xué)不到的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),為畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的順利進(jìn)行打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是我們畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)小組所有成員共同努 力的成果。是小組成員經(jīng)過(guò)共同的研討,反復(fù)計(jì)算并比較后共同確定的,是我在四年大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的結(jié)晶。 博文 礦礦井設(shè)計(jì)共包括以下幾部分: 礦井的水文、地質(zhì)等基本情況的概述。 礦井井田內(nèi)的可采儲(chǔ)量,礦井生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限的確定。 礦井井田的總體開(kāi)拓的設(shè)計(jì),包括水平的劃分,井筒位置的確定,經(jīng)濟(jì)比較部分,礦井延深方案的確定,采區(qū)的劃分,井底車場(chǎng)線路計(jì)算,硐室布置及井底車場(chǎng)的通過(guò)能力計(jì)算等部分。 工作面生產(chǎn)機(jī)械的參數(shù),工作面生產(chǎn)程序的確定以及采區(qū)車場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算等部分。 礦井生產(chǎn)中的提升、運(yùn)輸、通風(fēng)、排水方式 的確定及其所用設(shè)備額選型計(jì)算與相關(guān)的硐室布置等。 由于本人水平有限,又沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的生產(chǎn)和工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以在設(shè)計(jì)中必定有很多不理想的地方,希望各位老師與同學(xué)多多指教,本人感激不盡。 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 2 Abstract This graduation design is about the new mine planning for Bowen coal mine, which is a coal mine belonging to Xingtai CMA. It involves the geology, development, operation, transportation, haulage, ventilation and drainage, among other respects, in special terms。 1. Summary of the mine, this chapter mainly introduces the position, geology and conditions of the coal seam. 2. Mine development. This chapter extrapolates among other areas, reserve, serving limits, working system, spot of the draft, selection of level, further drift of mine, panel division and underground station. of mining districts and retreating technology. This chapter explains the general situation of the mining district, technology and techniques of the working face, roadway layout and operation system in the mining district, the design of the mining district station, cave layout and the schedule for drainage and mining in the main mining district. system of the mine, this chapter states transportation, haulage, ventilation and drainage systems of the mine and the selection of equipment used in the system mentioned above. In order to practice and reinforce the wealth of the knowledge learned in the past four years, I try my best to introduce various stateofthearts when respecting the specific situation of Xingtai coal mine. For instance, long wall mine on the inclination, long wall mining on the strike with top coal drawing, and among others, drifting and retaining gateways along goaf are preferred in the design. In addition, the design connects operational situation of a mine with a college student’s ability to elementary scientific research.
