河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘要 本次畢業(yè)設(shè) 計(jì),我 所做的是河北冀中能源邯鄲礦業(yè)集團(tuán) 安平 礦井初步設(shè)計(jì)。 在畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)之前,我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)組在崔景昆老師的帶領(lǐng)下深入到礦區(qū)進(jìn)行為期一個(gè)月的畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí),在此期間我們搜集了所有畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)所需的資料,同時(shí)在生產(chǎn)一線積累了實(shí)際生產(chǎn)和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。通過(guò)實(shí)習(xí)使我們更加深刻地了解到我們以后的工作,并且學(xué)到了重要的設(shè)計(jì)思想及設(shè)計(jì)中所涉及的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),為畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)打下了良好的基礎(chǔ),也為以后的工作也積累了寶貴的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是在崔老師和同學(xué)的指導(dǎo)下完成的,是我們大學(xué)四年學(xué)習(xí)采礦工程專業(yè)的一個(gè)全面的總結(jié)。 安平 礦井初步設(shè)計(jì) 包括以下幾個(gè)部分: 礦區(qū)自然地理、水文、地質(zhì)、交通等基本情況概述; 礦井井田范圍內(nèi)煤的地質(zhì)儲(chǔ)量、工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量及可采儲(chǔ)量; 礦井生產(chǎn)能力及服務(wù)年限; 礦井井田的總體開(kāi)拓設(shè)計(jì),井筒位置及形式選擇、水平劃分、延伸方案確定、采區(qū)劃分、井底車場(chǎng)的確定及線路計(jì)算、硐室布置等內(nèi)容; 礦井采區(qū)的布置、工作面布置、生產(chǎn)運(yùn)輸機(jī)械選型、生產(chǎn)程序安排、采區(qū)車場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)及生產(chǎn)工作面回采工藝的確定。 礦井生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)。包括提升、運(yùn)輸、通風(fēng)、排水等系統(tǒng)的確定和設(shè)備選型及相關(guān)硐室的布置。 本次設(shè)計(jì)共用時(shí) 12 周,時(shí)間較為充足。 由于個(gè)人水平有限,缺少現(xiàn)場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),所以在設(shè)計(jì)中難免有不足之處,懇請(qǐng)各位老師給予批評(píng)指正,最后謝謝崔老師半年的辛勤指導(dǎo)。 關(guān)鍵詞:地質(zhì)構(gòu)造、開(kāi)采水瓶、開(kāi)拓方式、采煤方法、井底車場(chǎng)。 河北工程大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 2 Abstract The graduation design, what I do is existed in Hebei province energy Handan mining group Anping mine preliminary design.
