【正文】 畢業(yè)論文 作 者: 呂磊 學 號: 09041501217 院 系: 化 學 工 程 學 院 專 業(yè): 生 物 091 題 目: 印染廢水的深度處理與回用的關鍵技術研究 指導者: 賈艷萍 副教授 評閱者: 20xx 年 6 月 吉 林 摘 要 I 摘 要 印染行業(yè)是工業(yè)廢水排放大戶,每年產生大量印染廢水,占總工業(yè)廢水排放量的 35%,且廢水中含有大量染料、漿料、表面活性劑、堿劑等復雜成分,具有機物濃度高、成分復雜、可生化性較差、色度深、堿性大、 pH 高、水質變化大等特點。 本實驗采用序批式活性污泥法( SBR),以模擬污水為處理對象,研究 同步硝化反硝化脫氮工藝及各主要影響因素,確定實現同步 硝化反硝化脫 氮的最佳工況。該實驗結果表明,通過控制不同粉煤灰的量,來達到廢水的脫色效果。在穩(wěn)定運行期間,模擬廢水濃度為 20~ 60 mg/L, 溫度為 36℃,氨氮去除率可達到80%,最終確定的最佳運行方式:瞬間進水 →曝氣 6( h) →缺氧攪拌 3( h) →沉降 ( h) ,周期為 12( h) 。 關鍵詞 : SBR 工藝 ,印染 廢 水, 脫 氮, 同步硝化反硝化 Abstract II Abstract Emitters is industrial wastewater, printing and dyeing industry each year a large number of printing and dyeing wastewater, accounted for 35% of total emissions of industrial waste water, and wastewater contains a large number of dye, sizing agent, surfactant, alkali agent such as plex ingredients, high concentrations of anic matter, plicated position, and biochemical resistance is poorer, deep chromaticity, high alkalinity, pH, water quality change is big, In this study, a sequencing batch reactor activated sludge process (SBR)was used, To simulate a sewage as processing object mainly research simultaneous nitrification and denitrification process and the main factors to determine the best conditions to achieve simultaneous nitrification and denitrification. Wastewater form 20 to 60 mg / L, and the temperature is 36℃ , the ammonia removal efficiency can reach 80% and the total nitrogen removal rate of 57%. Ultimately determine the best operating mode: momenmt into water → aeration 6(h) → anaerobic stir 3(h) → precipitation (h) , 12( h) cycle.
