本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 題目名稱: 發(fā)動機(jī)翻轉(zhuǎn)拆裝臺設(shè)計 學(xué) 院: 專業(yè)年級: 學(xué)生姓名: 班級學(xué)號: 指導(dǎo)教師: 二 XXX 年六月十日 摘 要 I 摘 要 現(xiàn)在學(xué)校汽車發(fā)動機(jī)拆裝實習(xí) , 是在簡易的鐵工作臺上通過人力翻轉(zhuǎn)對發(fā)動機(jī)進(jìn)行拆裝的 , 拆裝起來費時、費力、效率低 , 發(fā)動機(jī)支承不穩(wěn)還容易傾倒傷人 , 而且在 拆裝過程中觀察發(fā)動機(jī)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)很不方便 。 即不能保證工件、工具、油、水不落地 ,也達(dá)不到衛(wèi)生清潔、安全、按時完成教學(xué)任務(wù)的基本要求 ,因此為保證教 學(xué)質(zhì)量而設(shè)計一臺供同學(xué)拆裝實習(xí)和維修的發(fā)動機(jī)拆裝臺是非常必要的 。 目前市場的發(fā)動機(jī)翻轉(zhuǎn)拆裝臺類型較多,但都不適于學(xué)校使用。我設(shè)計的發(fā)動機(jī)翻轉(zhuǎn)拆裝臺使用蝸輪蝸桿減速器控制的,減速器類型為 ZA 型阿基米德螺旋線的,蝸桿為單線型,傳動比為 1: 39,蝸桿輸入轉(zhuǎn)速 20r/min,蝸輪輸出轉(zhuǎn)速 180176。 /min。 在設(shè)計過程中嚴(yán)格 依據(jù)以下標(biāo)準(zhǔn): 《機(jī)械零件設(shè)計手冊》 JTGD60- 20xx 《機(jī)械設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)》 JTGD62- 20xx 《機(jī)械制圖》 JTGD62- 20xx 關(guān)鍵詞 : 蝸輪;蝸桿 ; 減速器 ; 拆裝臺。 大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 II Abstract Now the car engine dismantling and installing is on the table of iron by human overturned at is a waste of time, laborious and inefficient.
