【正文】 西南交通大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 第 I 頁 本科畢業(yè)論文 影響機(jī)車燃油消耗指標(biāo)的因素分析 THE ANALYSIS OF AFFECTING LOCOMOTIVE FUEL CONSUMPTION INDICATOR 西南交通大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 第 II 頁 摘 要 目前 ,隨著國內(nèi)燃油稅費(fèi)改革和國內(nèi)成品油價(jià)的不斷上漲趨勢，機(jī)車行駛成本控制已成為機(jī)務(wù)段基礎(chǔ)管理的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。內(nèi)燃機(jī)車節(jié)油工作是鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)成本節(jié)支最重要的工作。據(jù)鐵道部相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)與調(diào)查顯示，對于全國各大鐵路局 、 機(jī)務(wù)段而言，內(nèi)燃機(jī)車燃油消耗費(fèi)用支出占機(jī)務(wù)段的總成本達(dá)到百分之六十以上 ， 油脂 費(fèi)用的支出占機(jī)務(wù)段總成 本的 90 %左右。也占到鐵路運(yùn)輸企業(yè)日常材料成本的 70%以上 ,內(nèi)燃機(jī)車節(jié)油工作是機(jī)務(wù)部門成本節(jié)支降耗最重要的工作之一 。 有效降低燃油消耗 ,節(jié)能 已成為降低材料成本的重點(diǎn)工作，已經(jīng)成為全國各大機(jī)務(wù)段的一項(xiàng)重要經(jīng)濟(jì)指標(biāo) ,對機(jī)務(wù)段年度成本計(jì)劃的完成起著決定性的作用。從 2021 年開始 ， 全國各大鐵路局對機(jī)務(wù)段燃油單耗實(shí)行“兩標(biāo)合一” 進(jìn)行考核 ,且燃油價(jià)格多次上升。因此 ,及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確分析影響機(jī)車燃油消耗的因素 ,制訂切實(shí)有效的技術(shù)組織措施 ， 降低機(jī)車燃油單耗 ，降低運(yùn)輸成本 ,成為機(jī)務(wù)段的一項(xiàng)重要工作。 本文就影響內(nèi)燃機(jī)車燃油消耗指 標(biāo)的因素進(jìn)行多方面分析總結(jié)。從內(nèi)燃機(jī)車的結(jié)構(gòu)，運(yùn)行環(huán)境， 人為管理、操作 等多方面進(jìn)行分析總結(jié)，提出問題，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題。從而在分析結(jié)果中提出針對影響內(nèi)燃機(jī)車燃油消耗指標(biāo)的因素的解決措施與方法。 隨著世界成品油價(jià)格的上漲以及我國節(jié)約型社會(huì)、降低運(yùn)營成本的政策的出臺(tái)，準(zhǔn)確的分析影響內(nèi)燃機(jī)車燃油消耗指標(biāo)的因素并提出、實(shí)施有效的節(jié)能措施，對于我國鐵路行業(yè)來說，迫在眉睫。 關(guān)鍵詞 ：燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性 機(jī)車 節(jié)約型社會(huì) 西南交通大學(xué)本科畢業(yè)論文 第 III 頁 Abstract Now,with the domestic fuel tax reformed and the domestic product rising trend in oil prices,contorling the cost of lootive has bee an important part of the basic the cost of lootive is the most important work for the railway to the Ministry of Railways and the survey data,for the major national railway authority and lootive depot,the diesel fuel consumption expenditure account for the total cost of lootive depot for more than 60 percent,the cost for oil account for lootive depot reached about 90 also account for the daily railway transportation business for more than 70 fuel economy is one of the most important work of the loortive depot. Reduced the fuel consumption effectively has bee the key has became one of the key economic Indicators of all the lootive depot in the it play a decisive role in the pletion of the annual cost of the lootive depot 2021,all the lootive depot used two standard bee oneto assess the fuel consumption per unit,and fuel prices had increased many ,analyzing the factors of affectting the lootive fuel consumption timely and development the effective technological measures to reduce the lootive fuel consumption per unit and the transportation costs,have bee one of key work of lootive depot. This article carries on the multianalysis summary on the influence diesel lootive fuel oil consumption target39。s factor. From the diesel lootive39。s structure, the movement environment, the artificial management and operation and so on to advance the question and to solve the problem. Thus proposes in the analysis result in view of the influence diesel lootive fuel oil consumption target factor solution measure and the method. With the world refined oil price39。s rise and our country’s policy of economypractising society,It’s important to reduce the operation cost policy releasing and accurate analysis influence diesel lootive fuel oil consumption target39。s factor proposes, regarding our country railroad profession, imminent.
