【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè) 計(jì)（ 論 文） 題 目 基于 B/S 的人事管理系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計(jì) 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 信息管理與信息系統(tǒng) 班 級(jí) 信管 2 班 高科學(xué)院 西安理工大學(xué)高科學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì) 人事管理系統(tǒng) Personnel Management System 摘要 人力資源管理是企業(yè)管理中的一個(gè)重 要內(nèi)容，隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步，企業(yè)也逐漸變得龐大起來(lái)。如何管理好企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工的信息，成為企業(yè)管理中的一個(gè)大問(wèn)題。在這種情況下，開(kāi)發(fā)一個(gè)人力資源管理系統(tǒng)就顯得非常必要。 尤其迫切要求人事管理工作加快計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用的步伐。人事管理信息系統(tǒng)是企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，它集企業(yè)全體員工的基本信息管理、招聘、培訓(xùn)、工資、考核等管理工作于一體，是一項(xiàng)時(shí)間性強(qiáng)、工作量大、信息龐雜、質(zhì)量要求高且影響全局的工作。企業(yè)人事管理的根本目的在于把企業(yè)的全體員工人事信息進(jìn)行有效的組織，從而使企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作能夠正常的運(yùn)行。這是完成企業(yè)各項(xiàng)工作任 務(wù)和提高企業(yè)效益的主要保證。 本文基于管理信息系統(tǒng)理論，并結(jié)合延安市煙草公司的現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)人事管理系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)作了詳細(xì)的分析與設(shè)計(jì)。文章首先對(duì)人事管理系統(tǒng)的基本架構(gòu)和 UML 的建模機(jī)制作了詳細(xì)的介紹。在系統(tǒng)的分析部分主要使用了 業(yè)務(wù)流程圖、功能模塊圖、功能用例圖等對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了分析；在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)部分則使用用例設(shè)計(jì)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)、輸入設(shè)計(jì)和輸出設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)。 本系統(tǒng)是應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)（ SQLSERVER）對(duì)公司的人事方面的信息數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的管理和存儲(chǔ)，本系統(tǒng)主要運(yùn)用的是 Visual Basic 作為系統(tǒng)前臺(tái)應(yīng)用 程序開(kāi)發(fā)工具，然后將兩者結(jié)合起來(lái)在 B/S 模式下實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行。 總之，本文概述了人事管理系統(tǒng)的功能、結(jié)構(gòu)及分析方法，對(duì)延安市煙草公司人事管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上研究并實(shí)現(xiàn)人事管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)。 【關(guān)鍵字】 UML Visual Basic 人事 管理系統(tǒng) B/S 模式 SQLSERVER 西安理工大學(xué)高科學(xué)院畢業(yè)論文設(shè)計(jì) Abstract Human resources management is the management of an important progress with the times, panies have gradually bee a huge up. How to manage the enterprise internal staff information, to bee the enterprise management of a big problem .In this case, the development of a human resource management system it is very necessary. Especially is it personnel management accelerate paces that puter use to demand urgently. The management information system of the personnel is important ponents of enterprise39。s administrative system, it incorporates managements , such as basic information management , recruiting , training , salary , examining of enterprise staff ,etc. into an anic whole, one timeliness strong, work load heavy, information numerous and jumbled, quality expect much and influence work of the overall situation. The basic goal of enterprise39。s personnel management lies in carrying on the effective anization of the personnel information of the staff of enterprises, thus the operation making the production operation of enterprises normal. This finishes every task of enterprises and main assurance of improving enterprise39。s benefit. This text is because of the management information system theory, and bine the current situation of Yan an tobacco pany ， develop making a detailed analysis and design to the administrative system of the personnel. The article has done the detailed introduction to basic framework and modeling mechanism of UML of the administrative system of the personnel at first. Have used the flow chart of the business , module picture of the function , function to analysis about the system with the example picture ,etc. mainly partly in systematic analysis。 The design in the system uses with the example design, design of storehouse of data, inputs designing and outputting the overall design which designed the implementation system partly. This system is application database (SQLSERVER) and ASP to the pany39。s personnel information data unified management and storage, this system mainly is the use of Visual Basic as a system foreground application development tools, and then will both together on B/S mode realize the operation of the system.
