摘 要 I HEBEI UNITED UNIVERSITY 畢業(yè)設(shè)計說明書 GRADUATE DESIGN 設(shè)計題目 : 基于 GPRS 的遠程無線溫度采集系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計 河北理工大學(xué)信息學(xué)院 II 摘 要 GPRS 作為一種高速、高效、經(jīng)濟的無線系統(tǒng),具有網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋范圍廣、數(shù)據(jù)帶寬寬、適應(yīng)性強、計價按數(shù)據(jù)流量計算、實時在線的優(yōu)點,特別適用于間斷的、突發(fā)性的或頻繁的、少量的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸,能夠滿足數(shù)據(jù)采集 及監(jiān)控的雙向數(shù)據(jù)信息傳輸。 文中設(shè)計了一種溫度控制系統(tǒng),提高了溫度檢測系統(tǒng)的綜合性能用單片機作為微控器,選用數(shù)字溫度傳感器,對溫度進行控制, 提出了一種基于 GPRS 技術(shù)的遠程溫度監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)方案,采用 MSP430 單片機和 DS18B20 數(shù)字溫度傳感器實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場溫度數(shù)據(jù)的采集和處理,再通過 GPRS 模塊 MG323 實現(xiàn)遠程的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸和接收, 具有精度高、穩(wěn)定性好的特點。 硬件方面設(shè)計了一個基于單片機的溫度智能控制系統(tǒng) , 以 MSP430 單片機為核心,采用了溫度傳感器 DS18B20, 以 GPRS 無線通信模塊為基礎(chǔ),基于 AT 指令和數(shù)據(jù)采 集器,構(gòu)建一個遠程的溫度數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng) , 對溫度進行控制。 關(guān)鍵詞 溫度采集系統(tǒng); DS18B20;單片機; GPRS Abstract III Abstract GPRS as wireless a highspeed, high efficiency, economy system, has a wide work coverage, according to the data with Eric, strong adaptability, valuation data flow calculation, the advantages of realtime online, especially suitable for intermittent, sudden and frequent, small amounts of data transmission, can satisfy the data acquisition and monitoring of the bidirectional data transmission. In this paper, we design a temperature control system, improve the prehensive use of temperature detection system single chip as micro controller, digital temperature sensor, the temperature control, puts forward a remote temperature monitoring system scheme based on GPRS technology, the scene is realized by using MSP430 MCU and DS18B20 digital temperature sensor temperature data acquisition and processing, again by MG323 GPRS module to achieve remote data transmission and receiving, has features of high precision and good stability. A hardware design based on single chip microputer intelligent temperature control system, with MSP430 single chip microputer as the core, adopting the temperature sensor DS18B20, based on the GPRS wireless munication module, based on the AT mands and data collector, to build a remote temperature data acquisition system, to control the temperature.
