【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計 (論文 ) 論文題目 基于 PLC 機械手設(shè)計 姓 名 學(xué) 號 專 業(yè) 機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化 指導(dǎo)教師 20xx 年 3 月 10 日 江 蘇 技 術(shù) 師 范 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 論 文 第 1 頁 共 24 頁 摘 要 工業(yè)機械手是近幾十年發(fā)展起來的一種高科技自動生產(chǎn)設(shè)備。工業(yè)機械手也是工業(yè)機器人的一個重要分支。他的特點是可以通過編程來完成各種預(yù)期的作業(yè)，在構(gòu)造和性能上兼有人和機器各自的優(yōu)點，尤其體現(xiàn)在人的智能和適應(yīng)性。機械手作業(yè)的準(zhǔn)確性和環(huán)境中完成作業(yè)的能力，在國民經(jīng)濟領(lǐng)域有著廣泛的發(fā)展空間。 機械手是 一種能自動控制并可從新編程以變動的多功能機器，他有多個自由度，可以搬運物體以完成在不同環(huán)境中的工作。 機械手的結(jié)構(gòu)形式開始比較簡單，專用性較強。 隨著工業(yè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，制成了能夠獨立的按程序控制實現(xiàn)重復(fù)操作，適用范圍比較廣的 “ 程序控制通用機械手 ” ，簡稱通用機械手。由于通用機械手能很快的改變工作程序，適應(yīng)性較強，所以它在不斷變換生產(chǎn)品種的中小批量生產(chǎn)中獲得廣泛的引用。 關(guān) 鍵 字 工業(yè)機械手，電磁閥，可編程控制器（ PLC） 江 蘇 技 術(shù) 師 范 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 論 文 第 2 頁 共 24 頁 Abstract Industrial manipulator is a kind of hightech automated production equipment,which is developed in recent manipulator is an important branch of industrial characteristics is that it can do the expected task by programming , and it has the respective advantage of both man and machine on the structure and performance, particularly in the person39。s intelligence and accuracy of the manipulator operation and the ability to work in the environment has a broad space for development in the field of national economy. Manipulator is a kind of multifunctional machine which can be automatically controlled and can be changed by new programming, it has multiple degrees of freedom and can plete the work carry objects in different first,the structure of manipulator is relatively simple,but in has a strong the development of industrial technology, Industrial manipulator is produced with the process control to independently achieve repetitive operation, which is called universal manipulator for program control in wide scope of application, which is called shortly as general of general manipulator can quickly change the working procedure with strong adaptability, it was widely quoted by changing in the medium and small batch production of products .
