唐 山 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計(jì) 設(shè)計(jì)題目 : 基于 PLC 立體車庫監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 系 別: 信息工程系 班 級: 姓 名: 指 導(dǎo) 教 師: 20xx 年 5 月 30 日 基于 PLC 的立體車庫監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 立體車 庫是一種占用相同平面大小,來實(shí)現(xiàn)空間多層停車的車庫 。 它充分利用了垂直空間,通過可編程邏輯控制器( Programming Logic Controller)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對車輛的存取控制 。 將相同平面多層復(fù)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一般平面車庫的立體的縱向延伸拓展,從而提高了地面利用率,實(shí)現(xiàn)高效率停車 。 為解決停車難問題起到了重要作用 。 本畢業(yè)論文通過應(yīng)用可編程邏輯控制器 PLC 以及上位機(jī)組態(tài)軟件MCGS 來實(shí)現(xiàn)自動化升降橫移式立體車庫控制系統(tǒng) 。 升降橫移式立體車庫一般多為兩層及兩層以上,除去最高層外,其他車層都會留出一個車位作為中轉(zhuǎn)車位 。 如 果按水平車位有 X 個,垂直車位有 Y 個,那么它的停車總量為 Z=X*Y( X1) 。 它的垂直運(yùn)動使用升降機(jī)完成,水平運(yùn)動則由水平托車完成 。 本文對 PLC 在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,以及使用 MCGS 監(jiān)控軟件實(shí)現(xiàn)對工業(yè)過程的監(jiān)控,提升工業(yè)自動化方面都用著重要的實(shí)踐價值 。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 立體車庫 可編程邏輯控制器 PLC 組態(tài)軟件 MCGS The Design of Monitoring System Based on PLC for Threedimensional Garage Abstract Threedimensional garage is a kind of take up the same plane size, to realize the multilayer parking garage space. It made full use of the vertical space, through the programmable Logic Controller (Programming Logic Controller) to realize the control of vehicle access. Will the same plane multilayer reuse, realize the plane of the threedimensional garage general longitudinal extension development, so as to increase the utilization rate of the ground, realize high efficiency parking. To solve the parking problem plays an important role. The graduation thesis through the application of programmable logic controller PLC and puter is added. The MCGS configuration software realizes automatic lift move transversely type parking equipment control system. Lift move transversely type parking equipment for two more monly layer and two layer above, remove the top, other car layer set aside an parking Spaces as a transit vehicles. If press level parking have X, vertical parking have Y, then its parking total to Z = X * Y(X1). Its vertical movement use the lift car pleting. The level movement is pleted by the level moving car. In this paper the application of PLC in the industrial fields, and use the monitoring software realize the MCGS industrial process monitoring, improve industrial automation with all the important practical value.
