【正文】 成都理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） I 基于 Pro/E 的數(shù)控編程與加工 摘要 隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展，數(shù)字控制技術(shù)已經(jīng)廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)控制的各個領(lǐng)域， 伴隨著數(shù)控技術(shù)的發(fā)展，各類能夠進(jìn)行加工編程與仿真的軟件也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 本文通過 Pro/E（野火 版本） 軟件，運(yùn)用其 強(qiáng)大的編程 建模 與仿真加工的特點(diǎn)，在不使用真實(shí)機(jī)床的情況下，對數(shù)控加工典型的兩種零件 —— 回轉(zhuǎn) 體類和凸模類零件進(jìn)行編程與加工。 從零件的工藝分析開始，到 分別 制造出毛培，再到進(jìn)行編程中的各種設(shè)置：例如刀具各種參數(shù)的選擇，機(jī)床各種參數(shù)的選擇 （進(jìn)給量的確定、進(jìn)給速度的確定、下刀深度的確定等等） ， 退刀平面的設(shè)置 ，機(jī)床刀具加工路線軌跡的確定與選擇，然后到 銑削窗口建立，車削窗口建立，最后加工路線演示以及 NC 檢測 [1]。從而更好地了解數(shù)控技術(shù) 及其 加工， 與 Pro/E 軟件的運(yùn)用。 關(guān)鍵詞： 數(shù)控加工 數(shù) 控編程 Pro/E 成都理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文） II Pro / Ebased CNC programming and processing Abstract: With the development of puter technology, digital control technology has been widely used in various fields of industrial control, along with the development of numerical control technology。 all kinds of processing programming and simulation software have emerged.
