【正文】 洛陽(yáng)理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) I 基于三菱 PLC 的水泥廠窯頭喂煤系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 隨著 建筑行業(yè) 的 不斷 發(fā)展, 其 對(duì)水泥 產(chǎn)量和 質(zhì)量的要求也越來(lái)越高。 水泥煅燒是水泥生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中及其重要的部分 , 喂煤系統(tǒng)中 煤粉的連續(xù)、均勻 喂料 是煅燒工作的基礎(chǔ)。 由于國(guó)外喂煤系統(tǒng) 控制的核心、 編程語(yǔ)言及許多元器件國(guó)內(nèi)沒(méi)有替代品,日常難以維護(hù), 因此 本設(shè)計(jì)將采用國(guó)內(nèi)的高性價(jià)比元器件和通用的三菱 PLC 代替國(guó)外喂煤系統(tǒng)中的部分。 本喂煤系統(tǒng)控制目標(biāo)是能夠向窯頭連續(xù)、均勻的喂煤,并實(shí)現(xiàn) 5‰的喂煤精度。本設(shè)計(jì)以三菱 PLC 為控制核心, 轉(zhuǎn)子秤通過(guò)稱重傳感器測(cè)出其 中煤粉的重量 ,同時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)子盤 的旋轉(zhuǎn)速度也通過(guò) 變頻器 得出, PLC 通過(guò)高速脈沖測(cè)量 單元和 A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換單元 將 煤粉的 重量和速度的轉(zhuǎn)化為數(shù)字量, 經(jīng)系統(tǒng) 運(yùn)算處理后得出 煤粉 瞬時(shí)流量,并 與 給定量進(jìn)行比較, 再經(jīng) PID 算法,最終達(dá)到 瞬時(shí)流量跟蹤 給定流量的最佳控制效果。 關(guān)鍵詞: 轉(zhuǎn)子秤 , PLC, PID, 喂煤系統(tǒng) , A/D 轉(zhuǎn)換 洛陽(yáng)理工學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) II The cement kiln head feeding coal system based on mitsubishi PLC design ABSTRACT With the continuous development of construction industry, the requirement for the production and quality of cement is being more and higher. And cement calcination is crucial steps in the process of cement production。 coal feeding system of the continuous, uniform feeding is the basis of calcination work. Because there is no domestic substitute for foreign coal feeding system control core, program languages, and many devices .It is difficult to maintain daily, so this design will use domestic costeffective ponents and universal parts of the Mitsubishi PLC instead of feeding coal system abroad. The kiln head control goal of the coal feeding system is to be able to continuous and uniform feeding coal, and implement 5 ‰ precision of feed coal. This design use Mitsubishi PLC as the control core, the trochanter through weighing sensor to measure the weight of the rotor in the pulverized coal, at the same time, the rotating speed of rotor drum through transducer, PLC use highspeed pulse measurement unit and A/D conversion unit converted weight and speed to digital quantity, and after the system processing coal instantaneous flow, and paring with quantitative, then through PID algorithm, and finally achieve the optimal control of a effect that transient flow tract given flow.
