【正文】 本科生畢業(yè)設計說明說(畢業(yè)論文) 題 目:太陽能鍋爐測控儀的設計 I 太陽能鍋爐測控儀的設計 摘要 本文旨在設計一種基于 PLC 的太陽能鍋爐熱水的測控系統(tǒng)。 PLC 技術廣泛應用于各種自動化領域,本設計采用西門子 PLC S7200 CPU226 掛載 EM231 模擬量擴展模塊和EM222 數(shù)字量擴展模塊加上 LED 顯示屏、傳感器、控制面板等組成太陽能鍋爐的測控系統(tǒng), 能為太陽能鍋爐的控制監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)提 供安全可靠的保障。 本設計有兩重要部分: 第一部分:太陽能鍋爐測控系統(tǒng)的硬件設計;包括 PLC、擴展模塊、傳感器等器件的選型以及 PLC 的接線、 LED 屏、控制面板的設計等。 第二部分:太陽能鍋爐測控系統(tǒng)的軟件設計;包括系統(tǒng)的控制思路和手動控制程序、上水程序、溫差循環(huán)程序、鍋爐輔助加熱程序、防凍程序、報警程序等程序流程圖。 關鍵詞: 太陽能鍋爐; PLC S7200;測控儀 II Design Of Solar Energy Boiler Control Instrument Abstract This article aims to design a control system of solar hot water boiler based on PLC. Automation in the field of PLC technology is widely used in industry, measure and control system of the design adopts Siemens PLC S7200 CPU226 mount EM231 analog expansion module and EM222 digital quantity expansion module and LED display, sensor, control panel solar boiler, control and monitoring system for solar energy boiler to provide safe and reliable guarantee. This article has two important parts: The first part: the hardware design of solar energy boiler control system。 including the selection and PLC , expansion module, sensor devices such as wiring, LED screen, control panel design. The second part: the software design of solar energy boiler control system。 including the control idea and manual control program, system program, Sheung Shui temperature cycle program, boiler auxiliary heating program, antifreeze procedure, alarm program flow chart of the program.
