【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ( 論文 ) 基于 JSP 的房產(chǎn)中介系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 論文作者姓名： 申請學(xué)位專業(yè)： 申請學(xué)位類別： 指導(dǎo)教師姓名（職稱）： 論文提交日期： 基于 JSP 的房產(chǎn)中介系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 摘要 計(jì)算機(jī)與通信技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ)的信息系統(tǒng)正處于蓬勃發(fā)展的時期。 隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷提高，計(jì)算機(jī) 網(wǎng)絡(luò) 日漸成熟，其 強(qiáng) 大的功能已為人們深刻認(rèn)識， 而基于計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)也是大家所期待的。而基于 B/S 模式的房產(chǎn)中介系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)必然是大勢所趨。 本文 結(jié)合目前中國城市房產(chǎn)管理的實(shí)際情 況 和 現(xiàn)階段房屋產(chǎn)業(yè)的供求關(guān)系對 房產(chǎn) 中介系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析 ,并 以此進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)功能設(shè)計(jì)和數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計(jì) 。系統(tǒng) 闡述了建立房產(chǎn)信息系統(tǒng)的方法和技術(shù)實(shí)施 。本系統(tǒng)是 為了給廣大用戶提供一個良好的平臺而研發(fā)的房產(chǎn)中介系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用 JSP+ SQL+TOMCAT 以 B/S 模式開發(fā)。系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)了新房及二手房信息的發(fā)布，用戶需求信息的發(fā)布、以及給用戶提供一個房產(chǎn)信息的查詢功能、和用戶權(quán)限管理功能、房屋信息管理功能、留言反饋功能以及用戶給各個新房供應(yīng)信息評價功能。 關(guān)鍵字 ： JSP； SQL；房產(chǎn)中介；留言The Design and Realization of Real Estate Agency System Based on JSP Abstract Information manager system based on puter and munications technology is in a period of vigorous development. As science and technology continue to improve, puter work is increasingly mature, and its powerful functions have been understood by many people profoundly. Network information system based on the puter work is our expectation. This thesis analyzes the function needs of the system according to China39。s current urban real estate status and the relationship between supply and demand of real estate, then designs system function modules and database. This thesis describes realization methods and technologies of the real estate information system. The system is intended to provide customers with an excellent platform. This system is developed by JSP, SQL and TOMCAT with B/S mode. This system mainly realizes information publication of new houses and secondhand houses, information publication of user demands, providing user with a real estate information query, user privilege management functions, housing information management functions, Online message feedback function and function of user evaluation of every new house information.
