【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) ( 論文 ) 基于 .NET 的工資績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā) 論文作者姓名: 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位專業(yè): 申請(qǐng)學(xué)位類別: 指導(dǎo)教師姓名(職稱): 論文提交日期: 基于 .NET 的工資績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)的開發(fā) 摘 要 信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)企業(yè)的員工工資 績(jī)效 考核就更需要信息化。要達(dá)到著一目標(biāo),就需要一個(gè)功能比較完善的管理系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。本系統(tǒng) 是采用 開發(fā) 以 SQL2020 為后臺(tái) 數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù) 的一個(gè) 員工工資 績(jī)效 管理系統(tǒng)。 實(shí)現(xiàn)了用戶登錄、驗(yàn)證身份及用戶的數(shù)據(jù)的 采集 。后臺(tái)由 用戶信息、項(xiàng)目信息、以及 日志信息的瀏覽、查詢、修改、刪除、維護(hù)等模塊組成。此系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)能夠使企業(yè)有效快捷的管理人力物力資源 。本系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中還 主要講述了 的基本功能及設(shè)計(jì)方法。緊接著逐一介紹開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)的步驟:系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)。在系統(tǒng)分析中先后用數(shù)據(jù)流圖、系統(tǒng)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)圖分析了系統(tǒng)所需的各種數(shù)據(jù)。在系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)中,詳細(xì)的展 現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)功能模塊、所需的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)表及表字段、 菜單的設(shè)計(jì) 等。在系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)中,給出了實(shí)現(xiàn)表單中相應(yīng)的功能控件的事件及代碼, 以及菜單實(shí)現(xiàn)的方法。文章的最后則給出了本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行界面圖。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 績(jī) 效 考核;管理系統(tǒng); ; SQL2020 The Development of Staff Performance Appraisal System Base on .NET Abstract With the development of information technology, the check for the Staff Performance Appraisal should be more informational. To achieve this goal, we need a relatively consummate management system. This system is Staff Performance Appraisal Management System which is developed by and regard SQL2020 as the background database. The system pased make by login, identitication checking and data collection of users. The background is consisted of a plenty of modules such as: user’s information, and of projects scaning, searching, revising, canceling and maintenance of log etc. Enterprises could manage the human resource and property much more efficiently with the development of this system. This article is mainly narrate the basic foundation of and its design as well. Cite this system as an example, I’ll introduce the developing this system step by step: system analyzing, system design and system fulfillment. In system analyzing, it discussed the way to analyse all data which system needed with data flow graph and system function instruction form. In the section on design, it clearly present every functional module, menu design and database form and field. In the last part, it shows the matter and code on fulfilling the related function controls in the form and the way on menu fulfillment. At the end of the article, It shows the operating interface of the system.
