長春工業(yè)大學學士畢業(yè)論文 I 年產 1 萬噸生物質基防凍液的生產工廠的工藝設計 中文摘要 針對目前 我國 防凍液緊缺以及防凍液的質量 不能滿足現實的要求 等問題 ,本設計 提出 基于以葡萄糖為原料經加氫制備的產物為基礎來生 產 生物質基防凍液 , 本設計 進行了年產一萬噸生物質基防凍液的生產工廠的工藝設計 。 設計 包括 生物質基 產品的介紹,防凍液的配置原理,工廠內的能量衡算,物料衡算,反應釜的計算與選型, 離子交換器的計算與選型,確定了反應釜的體積為 ,離子交換器 中陽樹脂高度和陰樹脂高度。 并且介紹了 工 廠的整體布局原則以及車間設計的相關內容,繪制了車間布置圖,工藝流程圖,反應釜裝配圖。 關鍵詞 : 防凍液 反應釜 離子交換器 車間布置 工藝設計 長春工業(yè)大學學士畢業(yè)論文 II Abstract Nowadays, our country faces the problems of shortage of antifreezer and the poor quality of antifreezer. In order to solve these problems, the thesis is based on the principle of the glucose as raw material to generate biomassbased antifreezer with the reaction of hydrogenation. The thesis is something about a factory process design of an annual output of ten thousand tons of antifreezer. The thesis includes the introduction of biomassbased products , the principle of the preparation of antifreezer, the energy calculation of factory, the material balance calculations, the calculation and selection of the reactor, the calculation and selection of ion exchanger. Finally I determine the volume of the reactor for m3 and the height of cationic resin and anion resin that filled in the ion exchanger .And then the thesis introduces the principle and the overall layout of the workshop design and in the thesis I draw the workshop layout and process diagram, the reactor assembly drawing.
