本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū) 題 目: 呼和浩特市安泰小區(qū)住宅樓采暖及防排煙設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué)生姓名: 學(xué) 號(hào): 專 業(yè): 建筑環(huán)境與設(shè)備工程 班 級(jí): 指導(dǎo)教師:內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū) I 呼和浩特市安泰小區(qū)住宅樓采暖及防排煙設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)是 呼和浩特市采暖 及防排煙設(shè)計(jì)。 該建筑分為住宅、地下室;地下建筑為 一層、高層主體建筑為十 八 層。 要求根據(jù)土建資料和其它相關(guān)資料為建筑設(shè)計(jì)一套合理的采暖及防排煙系統(tǒng),采暖設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)用戶進(jìn)行分戶熱計(jì)量。 采暖設(shè)計(jì)部分根據(jù)建筑的具體情況選用了 下供下回的 系統(tǒng)形式。住宅部分選用 散熱器 采暖; 且戶內(nèi) 采用雙管同程式 。 每戶實(shí)行分戶熱計(jì)量,熱計(jì)量表安裝在管道井內(nèi)便于維護(hù)與管理。 在系統(tǒng)布局安排上,以簡(jiǎn)化系統(tǒng)、節(jié)省管材、減少地下埋管,節(jié)省室內(nèi)空間、排氣順暢、滿足用戶要求為宗旨。 高層住宅進(jìn)行防排煙設(shè)計(jì), 根據(jù)《高層民用建筑防火規(guī)范》本設(shè)計(jì) 選用正壓送風(fēng)防煙系統(tǒng), 排風(fēng)采用自然排風(fēng), 送風(fēng)口設(shè)置在樓梯間時(shí) 每隔兩層設(shè)一送風(fēng)口, 送風(fēng)口設(shè)置在前室時(shí)每層設(shè)置一份送風(fēng)口。 送風(fēng)機(jī)裝設(shè)于屋頂。 地下室防排煙與正壓送風(fēng)系統(tǒng)采用同一風(fēng)機(jī) ,可通過(guò)窗戶進(jìn)行排煙 。 關(guān)鍵詞: 采暖 ; 分戶熱計(jì)量 ; 防排煙 內(nèi)蒙古科技大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 說(shuō)明書(shū) II The design of heating and smoke controlling about a mercial building of Antai district in Hohht Abstract The project is about the design of heating, ventilation and smoke controlling about a mercial building in Hohht。 The building of design consists of Residential buildings,subsurface layers,Underground construction 0f two floors and highrise building of eighteen floors. The paper requirements designing a reasonable heating and smoke control system for building which according to civil engineering and other relevant information .At the same time , the paper design a district heating station which must rationalization . The project about heating requirements metering heat for the users. The Design of heating choices downfeed and direct return riser system which based in construction of the specific circumstances form. The house heating system using radiators doule pipe reversereturn system indoor. The purpose about distribution arrangements in the system are to simplify the system, saving pipe, buried underground to reduce, saving interior space and concent requirements from the users. The design of smoke control are main contenders of highrise building. According to the 《 criterion on the fireproofing in highrise building for daily usage 》 , It chooses positive pressure ventilation smoke controlling and natural discharge air sestem, set up a delivery outlet every twotier in stair well and every onetier in front floor. The blower is installed in the roof. Underground construction and the positive pressure ventilation use the same furnace through the window for the smoke controlling.
