哈爾濱糧庫(kù)鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū) I 哈爾濱糧庫(kù)鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū) 哈爾濱糧庫(kù)鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū) II 摘要 哈爾濱糧庫(kù)鍋爐房位于哈爾濱市 ,該鍋爐房是為了滿足 哈爾濱糧庫(kù) 的工業(yè)生產(chǎn)用汽和廠內(nèi)員工住宅的采暖、生活、通風(fēng)的用汽所建的工業(yè)鍋爐房。本工程屬 哈爾濱糧庫(kù) 獨(dú)資建設(shè)項(xiàng)目。 本設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容主要包括鍋爐的選型、鍋爐給水水處理系統(tǒng)、鍋爐送引風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、運(yùn)煤除渣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。本工程選用了 2 臺(tái) 重慶 鍋爐 總 廠 生產(chǎn)的Ⅲ 型蒸汽鍋爐,燃用 哈爾濱 煙煤。鍋爐給水水處理系統(tǒng)采用固定床逆流再生單級(jí)鈉離子交換器做軟化處理。除氧方式為熱力除氧,故選擇噴霧式全補(bǔ)水熱力除氧器。鍋爐送引風(fēng)系統(tǒng)采 用鼓風(fēng)機(jī)和送風(fēng)機(jī)配合使用,鼓風(fēng)機(jī)用于克服風(fēng)道與燃燒設(shè)備的阻力,引風(fēng)機(jī)用于克服鍋爐本體煙道、煙囪及除塵器的阻力。在煙氣處理過(guò)程中,為符合煙氣排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn),故采用 STC3 系列除塵器對(duì)煙氣進(jìn)行脫硫除塵。在運(yùn)煤除渣系統(tǒng)中, 因耗煤量較大,所以采用機(jī)械化運(yùn)煤方式,故選用 Z 型埋刮板輸送機(jī),同時(shí)配備 RCD型磁選裝置、錘式反沖擊破碎機(jī)等設(shè)備。 由于本鍋爐系統(tǒng)為雙鍋筒橫置式鏈條爐排,鍋爐要求連續(xù)除渣,故采用了重鏈?zhǔn)匠鼨C(jī),灰渣由汽車(chē)直接運(yùn)走,不需設(shè)置灰渣場(chǎng)。 本鍋爐房分三層布置。一層布置泵房、水處理間、 配電室 及門(mén)衛(wèi);二層布置控制室 、更衣室、沐浴室及辦公室;三層布置除氧間。引送風(fēng)機(jī)、除塵器布置在風(fēng)機(jī)間內(nèi)。 關(guān)鍵詞: 鍋爐;水處理系統(tǒng);送引風(fēng)系統(tǒng);運(yùn)煤除渣系統(tǒng);設(shè)計(jì) 哈爾濱糧庫(kù)鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū) III Abstract In order to supply the stream heating of the industrial production and the stream heating of factory workers’ heating and ventilation of residences, the HaErBin grain depot will build the industrial boiler room which located in HaErBin city. This project is sole construction project of HaErBin grain depot. The design main contains the selection of boiler, the feedwater treatment system of boiler, blowin system of boiler and the coal transportation and cleaner system of boiler. In this project, we choose 2 stream boilers in AⅢ which were produced in Hangzhou boiler factory and the coal was produced in Tonghua, Jilin province. We adopt singlestage sodium converter that the countercurrent regeneration in the fixed bed to do soften treatment. The selection of entire water spray heat deaerator was due to adoption of the thermal deaerator. In the blowin system, the airblower and the forced draught blower cooperate with each other. The airblower was used to overe resistance of wind and burning equipment。 of the boiler itself, which contains flues, chimneys, and duster. In the process of the flue gas treatment, we adopt the HNPSC serious of internal and external spray chiseled ashlars’ water film duster to remove dust by desulphurization, so that the flue gas can reach the effluent standard. Because of large quantity of using coal in the coal transportation and coal cleaner system, we adopt mechanical transportation, which contains Zburied scraper conveyor, RCDmagic separation device, recoil hammer mill and other equipments. As the boiler system is dualdrum crosswise chain grate, the boiler was required to clean continuously, so we use the heavy chaincleaner. The ash removed directly by the cars, without setting the ash market. The boiler room is three stories decorated. The laboratories, the control rooms, duty rooms, lunge, changing rooms, shower rooms and offices in the second story.
