壓鑄鋁合金平板件工藝設(shè)計(jì)畢業(yè)論文(已修改)

【正文】 摘要 本文綜述了壓鑄工藝設(shè)計(jì)的特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及未來的發(fā)展趨勢,討論了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)在壓鑄方面的應(yīng)用,分析鑄件進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬的目的和意義。 首先根據(jù)零件的特征和要求,查表計(jì)算,從而設(shè)計(jì)出澆注系統(tǒng)和集渣包,然后應(yīng)用 ProE 繪制出零件的三維立體圖,其次利用華鑄 CAE 軟件模擬壓鑄件的充型過程。最后根據(jù)模擬的結(jié)果,分析模擬過程中出現(xiàn)卷氣等缺陷的原因,從而改進(jìn)澆注方案。經(jīng)過多次的計(jì)算機(jī)模擬和方案改進(jìn),最大程度的減少缺陷,最后確定最佳的澆注方案 通過對(duì)平板生產(chǎn)的計(jì)算機(jī)數(shù)值模擬,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了科學(xué)指導(dǎo)生產(chǎn),為今后將CAD/CAE 技術(shù)進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用到實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中進(jìn)行了一些嘗試。 關(guān)鍵詞:平板;壓鑄;工藝設(shè)計(jì);計(jì)算機(jī)模擬 Abstract This paper reviews the characteristics of the die casting process design, development status and future development trends , Discussed the application of puter technology in diecasting,analysis of the casting to the purpose and significance of the puter numerical simulation. First according to the characteristics and requirements of the parts ,Lookup table calculation, To design the gating system and set dross , application of ProE drawing threedimensional map of the parts .Secondly, the use of HZ CAE software to simulate the die casting filling process. Finally, according to the simulation results , Analysis of the simulation volume and gas and other reasons for the defects, thus improving the casting program 。 After a number of puter simulations and program improvement, the greatest degree of defect reduction, and finally to determine the best casting 。 By the puter numerical simulation of flatpanel production , In order to achieve a scientific guide the production , CAD / CAE technology will be further applied to the actual production of a number of attempts.
