I 揚 州 高 等 職 業(yè) 技 術(shù) 學(xué) 校 YANGZHOU TECHNICAL VOCATIONAL COLLEGE 畢業(yè)論文(設(shè) 計) 題 目 基于倉庫糧食溫度的監(jiān)控與處理 作 者 所 屬 學(xué) 校 揚州高等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校 專 業(yè) 年 級 08屆電氣自動化 指 導(dǎo) 教 師 職 稱 教師 寫 作 時 間 20200423 II 摘 要 可編程控制器 是一種應(yīng)用很廣泛的自動控制裝置,它將傳統(tǒng)的繼電器控制技術(shù)、計算機技術(shù)和通訊技術(shù)融為一體,具有控制能力強、操 作靈活方便、可靠性高、適宜長期連續(xù)工作的特點,非常適合溫度控制的要求。 在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,隨著自動化程度的迅速提高,用戶對控制系統(tǒng)的過程監(jiān)控要求越來越高, 人機界面的 出現(xiàn)正好滿足了用戶這一需求。 人機界面 可以 對 控制系統(tǒng)進行 全面監(jiān)控 ,包括過程監(jiān)測、報警提示、數(shù)據(jù)記錄等功能,從而使控制系統(tǒng)變得 操作 人性化、過程可視化,在 自動控制領(lǐng)域的作用日益顯著 。 本文主要介紹了基于西門 子公司 S7200系列的可 編程控制器和亞控公司的組態(tài)軟件組態(tài)王的爐溫控制 系統(tǒng)的 設(shè)計方案。編程時調(diào)用了編程軟件 STEP 7 Micro WIN中自帶 的 PID控制模塊,使得程序更為簡潔,運行速度更為理想。利用組態(tài)軟件組態(tài)王設(shè)計人機界面, 實現(xiàn) 控制系統(tǒng) 的實時監(jiān)控、數(shù)據(jù) 的實時 采 樣 與處理。 實驗證明,此系統(tǒng)具有快、準(zhǔn)、穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點,在工業(yè)溫度控制領(lǐng)域能夠廣泛應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 溫度控制 可編程控制器 人機界面 組態(tài)王 III Abstract Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a kind of automatic control equipment which is widely used in the industrial manufacture. It merges the traditional control technology, puter and munication technologies with a strong ability to control, flexible operation, high reliability and suitable for longterm characteristics of continuous work. It is very suitable for temperature control requirements. In the industrial field, with the rapid increase in the degree of automation, it is more and more important to monitor the process of control system for the users. The emergence of humanmachine interface meets the needs of users. Manmachine interface can prehensively monitor the control system, including process monitoring, alarm, data logging and other functions, so that the control systems have bee userfriendly operation, the process of visualization and it will play more and more important part in the field of automatic control. This essay mainly introduces a design of temperature control system with SIMATIC programmable logic controller (PLC) and configuration software Kingview which is developed by Beijing Yakong Company. When programming, we use the PID control arithmetic software module which is contained in the program software STEP 7 Micro WIN so that the program looks easier and operates more quickly. In order to monitor the control system and process data in actual time, we designed Human Machine Interface( HMI) with the configuration software Kingview. The result of experiment proves that this temperature control system could run quickly, accurately and have good stability, which is the advantage of the control system. This control system has been widely used in the industrial temperature control field. With the continuous development of automatic science and technology, highprecision, intelligent, userfriendly temperature control system is the inevitable trend of development at home and abroad.
