車輛識別測速系統(tǒng)是智能交通系統(tǒng) (ITS)中的一個組成部分,它集牌照識別,車速檢測,流量監(jiān)控,費用收取等功能于一體,主要應(yīng)用于超速違章車輛監(jiān)控 。 本論文介紹了在 開發(fā)本系統(tǒng)中所做的一些工作,包括選定系統(tǒng)采用視頻測速+小波變換字符識別 +DSP 的方案 。重點研究了視頻測速所用的車輛精確定位算法,并進行了 測試 。探討了 適用于 DSP 平臺的基于小波變換的字符識別快速算法 ,并進行了性能測試 。論文中 將系統(tǒng)核心部分的字 符識別快速算法成功移植到 DSP平臺并進行了性能測試。 關(guān)鍵詞 :車速檢測,牌照識別,視頻測速 內(nèi)江師范 學(xué)院本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計 iv Abstract As a Part of Intelligent Transport
