【正文】 學(xué)號： 畢業(yè)設(shè)計（論文） 題 目： 糧倉環(huán)境參量無線遙測系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn) 作 者 屆 別 2020 系 別 機(jī)械與電子工程系 專 業(yè) 電子信息工程 指導(dǎo)老師 職 稱 完成時間 I 摘 要 在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動中，溫度作為一種可以實(shí)際測量的重要參數(shù)，能起到對設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、生產(chǎn)環(huán)境等外界因素進(jìn)行實(shí)時監(jiān)控的作用，以保證整個生產(chǎn)活動高效開展，因此準(zhǔn)確且實(shí)用的溫度數(shù)據(jù)采集 系統(tǒng)具有舉足輕重的作用。然而，生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的多變性、不確定性，導(dǎo)致許多工作場所不太方便布線，需要采用無線傳輸方式。 介紹了基于溫度傳感器 DS18B20 和無線收發(fā)模塊 nRF905 的無線溫度采集系統(tǒng)下位機(jī)的設(shè)計和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法，本系統(tǒng)是通過單片機(jī)來實(shí)現(xiàn)對周圍環(huán)境的溫度進(jìn)行測量和無線傳輸。他是以 MSP430F449 單片機(jī)為控制單元，一溫度傳感器 DS18B20為溫度采集器件，以無線收發(fā)模塊 nRF905 完成數(shù)據(jù)的無線傳輸，用數(shù)碼管進(jìn)行顯示，實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度的測量、無線傳輸、顯示以及報警，就是一套通過無線方式實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度的遠(yuǎn)程采集的完整系 統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 ： 溫度； NRF905；無線遙測 II Abstract In modern production and life, temperature is an important parameter in many occasions. Inmany places, it is necessary to monitor the temperature parameter and making relevantprocessing so that the system runs in the best state. Therefore, it is significant to develop areliable and practical temperature monitoring system. With the rapid development of wirelesstransmission technology,short range wireless transmission technology has been widely appliedto many places where wiring is not available, offering great conveniences for people. Based on DS18B20 temperaturesensor and wireless transceiver module nRF905wireless temperature acquisition system. The machine design and the realization method, the system, through the MCU to achieve the ambient temperature measuring and wireless transmission. He is MSP430F449 SCM as a control unit, a temperature sensor DS18B20temperature acquisition device, the wireless transceiver module nRF905to plete data wireless transmission, digital tube display, temperature measurement, wireless transmission, display and alarm, is a through wireless mode to realize the temperature remote acquisition system.
