學(xué)號(hào): 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 題 目: 糧倉(cāng)環(huán)境參量無(wú)線(xiàn)遙測(cè)系統(tǒng) 設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn) 作 者 屆 別 2020 系 別 機(jī)械與電子工程系 專(zhuān) 業(yè) 電子信息工程 指導(dǎo)老師 職 稱(chēng) 完成時(shí)間 I 摘 要 在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)中,溫度作為一種可以實(shí)際測(cè)量的重要參數(shù),能起到對(duì)設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)、生產(chǎn)環(huán)境等外界因素進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的作用,以保證整個(gè)生產(chǎn)活動(dòng)高效開(kāi)展,因此準(zhǔn)確且實(shí)用的溫度數(shù)據(jù)采集 系統(tǒng)具有舉足輕重的作用。然而,生產(chǎn)環(huán)境的多變性、不確定性,導(dǎo)致許多工作場(chǎng)所不太方便布線(xiàn),需要采用無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸方式。 介紹了基于溫度傳感器 DS18B20 和無(wú)線(xiàn)收發(fā)模塊 nRF905 的無(wú)線(xiàn)溫度采集系統(tǒng)下位機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)方法,本系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)單片機(jī)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)周?chē)h(huán)境的溫度進(jìn)行測(cè)量和無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸。他是以 MSP430F449 單片機(jī)為控制單元,一溫度傳感器 DS18B20為溫度采集器件,以無(wú)線(xiàn)收發(fā)模塊 nRF905 完成數(shù)據(jù)的無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸,用數(shù)碼管進(jìn)行顯示,實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度的測(cè)量、無(wú)線(xiàn)傳輸、顯示以及報(bào)警,就是一套通過(guò)無(wú)線(xiàn)方式實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度的遠(yuǎn)程采集的完整系 統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 溫度; NRF905;無(wú)線(xiàn)遙測(cè) II Abstract In modern production and life, temperature is an important parameter in many occasions. Inmany places, it is necessary to monitor the temperature parameter and making relevantprocessing so that the system runs in the best state. Therefore, it is significant to develop areliable and practical temperature monitoring system. With the rapid development of wirelesstransmission technology,short range wireless transmission technology has been widely appliedto many places where wiring is not available, offering great conveniences for people. Based on DS18B20 temperaturesensor and wireless transceiver module nRF905wireless temperature acquisition system. The machine design and the realization method, the system, through the MCU to achieve the ambient temperature measuring and wireless transmission. He is MSP430F449 SCM as a control unit, a temperature sensor DS18B20temperature acquisition device, the wireless transceiver module nRF905to plete data wireless transmission, digital tube display, temperature measurement, wireless transmission, display and alarm, is a through wireless mode to realize the temperature remote acquisition system.
