Temperature measurement and control to ensure product quality, improve the production efficiency, energy saving, safety, and to promote the development of the national economy play a very important role. Because the universality of measurement temperature, temperature sensors in the number of sensors in the first place, about 50%.The temperature sensor is through the object with temperature changes some properties to measure indirectly. Many materials, ponents, with the characteristics of temperature changes, so can make much of the temperature sensor materials. Due to the industrial and agricultural production in very wide range of temperature measurement, from below a few baidu to QianDu, and all kinds of several above freezing temperature sensor materials only under certain temperature range.The temperature sensor and tested medium contact into two categories: touch and noncontact. Contact temperature sensor and tested medium to keep contact with them, heat exchanger and achieve the same adequately. This kind of sensor are mainly resistive, thermocouple, PN junction temperature sensor etc. Contactless temperature sensor and tested medium without contact, but through the medium of radiation or by convection to temperature sensor, in order to achieve the goal.● Key words: Temperature, control, measurement.課題任務(wù)本課題主要介紹基于AT89C51單片機(jī)和DS18B20數(shù)字溫度傳感器的溫度測量系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)利用AT89C51單片機(jī)采集爐溫，實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度顯示、報(bào)警等功能。它以AT89C51單片機(jī)為主控制芯片，采用數(shù)字溫度傳感器DS18B20實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度的檢測，其測量范圍在25~31℃之間，℃，采用LCD液晶顯示模塊，它作為顯示器形象直觀的顯示測出的溫度值，或者采用數(shù)碼管顯示結(jié)果。簡易溫度檢測系統(tǒng)是通過DS18B20檢測溫度，然后通過溫度傳感器通信模塊，將檢測到的實(shí)際溫度（環(huán)境溫度）傳送到開發(fā)板上，
