Sullivan博士的多年推動(dòng)下 ， 終於在 1999年 2月份正式將適用於企業(yè)善盡社會(huì)責(zé)任的經(jīng)營綱領(lǐng) 「 全球性蘇利文原則」 (The Global Sullivan Principles)定案公佈 。 這是一個(gè)由跨國企業(yè)為主的核心草擬小組所領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定的一份指導(dǎo)性文件， 該小組成員包括： General Motors Corporation Shell International Petroleum Imperial Chemical Indust
