【正文】 1 煙 臺(tái) 南 山 學(xué) 院 畢 業(yè) 論 文 題目 ： 物流行業(yè) 倉(cāng) 儲(chǔ) 管理研究 以寶供福田物流有限公司為例 姓 名 ： 陳敏 所在學(xué)院 ： 物流管理學(xué)院 所學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè) ： 物流管理 班 級(jí) ： 2020 級(jí) 03 班 學(xué) 號(hào) ： 20200000000 指導(dǎo)教師 ： 張正標(biāo) 完成時(shí)間 ： 2 摘 要 倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)是企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)中不可缺少的部分，它是反映企業(yè)物資活動(dòng)狀況的綜合場(chǎng)所，是連接生產(chǎn)、供應(yīng)、銷(xiāo)售的中轉(zhuǎn)站，合理的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理可以幫助企業(yè)加快物資流動(dòng)的速度，降低成本，保障生產(chǎn)的順利進(jìn)行，對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)資源的有效控制具有重要的意義。 而且 隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展以及加入世貿(mào)組織后市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的變化，對(duì)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)提出了更高的要求，企業(yè)必須利用各種先進(jìn)技術(shù)，在網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息技術(shù)的支持下，改進(jìn)現(xiàn)在的生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)模式和組織管理結(jié)構(gòu)，才能在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中贏得更多的份額。 隨著社會(huì)化生產(chǎn)的分化，第三方物流行業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，對(duì)于物流行業(yè)的企業(yè)來(lái)講優(yōu)化倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理并有效降低倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)成本成為企業(yè)提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益的重要著力點(diǎn)。現(xiàn)在我國(guó)的物流企業(yè)在倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理方面存在一些制約企業(yè)發(fā)展的問(wèn)題，通過(guò)高效率的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)活動(dòng)，可使商品倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)在最有效的時(shí)間段發(fā)揮作用，創(chuàng)造商品倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)的“時(shí)間價(jià)值”和“空間價(jià)值”。如 何提高倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理水平成為管理者首先要解決的問(wèn)題。 本文 通過(guò)對(duì) 寶供福田物流有限公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理的 發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀 的 分析，找出了我國(guó) 物流行業(yè)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理 存在的物流 設(shè)施技術(shù) 落后、物流運(yùn)作效率較低、物流人才缺乏三大問(wèn)題，這些問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重制約著我國(guó) 物流行業(yè) 的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展，也是我國(guó)物流 行業(yè) 改革的重點(diǎn)。在總結(jié)國(guó)外先進(jìn)的物流發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上，從轉(zhuǎn)變物流觀念、提高物流運(yùn)作效率、獲得高素質(zhì)物流人才三個(gè)方面探討我國(guó)物流 行業(yè) 的發(fā)展對(duì)策。 關(guān)鍵詞： 倉(cāng)庫(kù)管理 出入庫(kù) 物資 成本 3 Abstract Warehousing business logistics system is an indispensable part, it reflects the state of business activity supplies integrated places, connecting the production, supply, sale of transfer stations, a reasonable storage management can help enterprises to speed up the rate of flow of goods, reduce costs, protect The smooth progress of production, the achievement of the effective control of resources is of great significance.
