But more important is the integration development of information technology and industries, and thus promote a whole intergenerational change of the information service platform and industries. 一、新一代信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的基本特征 信息技術(shù) 的發(fā)展可以劃分為三個(gè)階段 ， 第一階段以上世紀(jì) 80年代開始廣泛使用的以大型機(jī) 、 中型機(jī) 、 小型機(jī)和啞終端為標(biāo)志 ，這被認(rèn)為是第一代信息技術(shù)平臺 。 而 上世紀(jì) 80年代中期到本世紀(jì)初 ， 隨著個(gè)人計(jì)算機(jī)和通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接的分散式服務(wù)器的普及 ， 則標(biāo)志著第二代信息技術(shù)平臺階段 。 The development of information technology can be divided into three stages.
