WEEEfromprivatehouseholds:來自私人用戶的 WEEE2. Producersinstallsystemsfortakebackfreeofcostforfinaluser3. 生產(chǎn)者設(shè)立對最終使用者免費(fèi)的回收體系4. Individualorcollectivepossible5. 可以是個(gè)別的，也可以是集體的6.
