I 摘 要 隨著工農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展,人們對(duì)調(diào)速技術(shù)的要求也越來(lái)越高,而異步電動(dòng)機(jī)在調(diào)速方面一直處于性能不佳的狀態(tài)。然而,變頻技術(shù)的出現(xiàn)改善了交流電機(jī)的調(diào)速性能,同時(shí)無(wú)速度傳感器和基于微處理器的數(shù)字調(diào)速系統(tǒng)也開(kāi)始逐漸進(jìn)入人們研究和討論的范圍。作為高新技術(shù)之一的變頻技術(shù)是重要的節(jié)能和環(huán)保技術(shù),在各種工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、交通運(yùn)輸和家用電器中應(yīng)用十分廣泛,變頻器作為變頻技術(shù)的產(chǎn)品,在我國(guó)工農(nóng)業(yè)等各方面有著極其重要的地位。 本文以三相交流異步電動(dòng)機(jī)為被控對(duì)象 TMS320LF240X定為處理器,通過(guò) SPWM控制技術(shù)對(duì)交流電機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn) 恒壓頻比控制,電機(jī)變頻調(diào)速的理論。介紹了 SPWM 控制技術(shù)的原理 :包括單極性 SPWM 控制技術(shù)、雙極性 SPWM 控制技術(shù)和 SPWM 的調(diào)制方式。給出了系統(tǒng)各部分硬件電路的工作原理、參數(shù)計(jì)算以及各部分器件的選取。系統(tǒng)硬件電路主要由主電路、系統(tǒng)保護(hù)電路和控制電路組成。主電路部分包括整流、濾波、逆變器, IPM 驅(qū)動(dòng)電路與吸收電路等 。系統(tǒng)保護(hù)電路包括過(guò)壓、欠壓保護(hù)、限流啟動(dòng)、 IPM 故障保護(hù)等 ??刂齐娐钒?DSP 最小系統(tǒng)電路。最后敘述了具體使用 DSP 編寫(xiě)產(chǎn)生 SPWM 波形程序的步驟以及一些相關(guān)寄存器的設(shè)置。 死區(qū)可以防止主電路橋臂 短路現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生 接著給出了 SPWM 波形的死區(qū)時(shí)間 ,這些波形說(shuō)明電機(jī)可以穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行并實(shí)現(xiàn)變頻調(diào)速。 關(guān)鍵詞 : DSP; 智能功率模塊 ; 恒壓頻比控制 ; SPWM II Abstract Along with the development of agricultural production and technical requirements of speed, and more and more is also high in speed asynchronous motor is the poor performance of the state. Taking threephase ac induction motor is accused of TMS320LF240X as processor, through the SPWM control technology to realize constant pressure frequency ac motor control motor speed, the theory. Introduces the principle of SPWM control technology, including single polarity SPWM control technology, the dual polarity SPWM SPWM modulation and control technology. Given the parts hardware circuit principle, parameter calculation and each part of the device. The system hardware circuit consists mainly of main circuit, system protection circuit and control circuit. The main circuit includes rectifier, filtering, inverter, IPM drive circuit and absorbing circuit, etc. System protection circuit including overvoltage, protection, limited flow, fault protection。 IPM Control circuit including DSP smallest system circuit. Finally describes specific use DSP write produce SPWM wave process steps and some relevant register setting. Then gives SPWM wave of dead zone, dead zone can prevent the main electric circuit of road arm, After gives different frequencies when the motor running voltage and current waveform, the line that the waveform can stable operation and motor inverter.
