【正文】 設計描述：文檔包括:說明書一份，22頁，約16000字仿真一套CAD版本圖紙，共9張 拉線盤注射工藝分析及模具設計 摘 要：注射成型是熱塑性塑料成型的主要方法之一，可以一次成型形狀復雜的精密塑件。本設計進行了一款拉線盤的注塑模設計，對零件結(jié)構(gòu)進行了工藝分析。確定了分型面、澆注系統(tǒng)等，選擇了注射機，計算了成型零部件的尺寸。采用側(cè)澆口。利用直導柱導向，推桿頂料,斜頂桿完成脫模及內(nèi)抽芯方式并對模具的材料進行了選擇。如此設計出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運用可靠。最后對模具結(jié)構(gòu)與注射機的匹配進行了校核。并用autoCAD繪制了一套模具裝配圖和零件圖。 關(guān)鍵詞：注射工藝；注射模具；工藝分析；Design of Cable Set Mold and It39。s Process Analysis of Injection Abstract: Injection molding is one of the main molding methods for thermo plastics, and it can onceformed delicate plastic members with sophisticated shape.
