基于 SIR 的雙頻帶通濾波器的設(shè)計(jì)與仿真學(xué)生:****** 指導(dǎo)老師:******摘 要 隨著無線通信的迅猛發(fā)展及需求的不斷增加,雙頻便攜式電話和無線局域網(wǎng)被廣泛應(yīng)用,雙頻段濾波器也就成為這些通信系統(tǒng)前端的重要器件。本論文所研究的利用階梯阻抗諧振器實(shí)現(xiàn)雙頻濾波的方法,與傳統(tǒng)的濾波器組合、零極點(diǎn)綜合等方法相比,具有結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、設(shè)計(jì)靈活等優(yōu)勢,由此設(shè)計(jì)的雙頻濾波器其第二通帶的頻點(diǎn)位置可通過阻抗比 Rz及諧振器的長度進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)。文中介紹并分析了階梯阻抗諧振器(Stepped.Impedance.Resonators,SIR)的結(jié)構(gòu)和特性,著重闡述了半波長階梯阻抗諧振器的基本特性,并分析了這種結(jié)構(gòu)諧振器的優(yōu)越性及其實(shí)現(xiàn)雙頻的原理。在此基礎(chǔ)上采用半波長SIR諧振器設(shè)計(jì)了應(yīng)用于WLAN()系統(tǒng)的帶寬可控的雙頻段帶通濾波器。關(guān)鍵詞 雙頻帶通濾波器,階梯阻抗諧振器,阻抗比Design of DualBand Bandpass Filter Using SIRAbstract With the high development and the need of wireless munications, and the dualband portable telephones and WLAN (wireless local area work) are quite popular, and the dualband filters bee the key ponents in the front of these munications systems. Using the method of SteppedImpedanceResonator to realize dualpassband filters is researched in this dissertation, paring to the traditional methods that bination filters, he synthesis of zeros and poles and so on, they have advantages of pact structure and convenient design, and the second resonant frequency of the designed dualband filter can be controlled by the impedance ratio Rz and the length of the resonator. The structure and characteristic of SteppedImpedanceResonators are presented in this paper, with an emphasis on the halfwavelength SteppedImpedanceResonators, the advantages of the SIR and the principle to realize dualband are researched too. And four dualpassband filters with controllable bandwidths ale proposed for WLAN () using halfwavelength resonators.
