【正文】 形容詞一 .定義：用來修飾名詞，表示人或事物的性質(zhì)、狀態(tài)和特征的詞，叫形容詞。二. 形容詞的作用，見下表：作 用例 句定 語You can see a lot of beautiful flowers in the garden.表 語Your coat is too small.賓語補(bǔ)足語The old woman keeps everything clean and tidy.注意：有些形容詞只能作表語，如：alone, afraid, asleep 等。例如： Don39。t wake the sleeping baby up. He is asleep. The old man is alone. 形容詞用來修飾something, anything, nothing, everything等不定代詞，要放在這些詞的后面。例如： You39。d better tell us something interesting.The police found nothing strange in the room.多個(gè)形容詞做定語時(shí)排列的先后順序是： 1）冠詞或人稱代詞 2）數(shù)詞 3）性質(zhì) 4）大小 5）形狀 6）表示老少，新舊 7）顏色 8）事務(wù)、質(zhì)地、人的國籍、用途。例如：His grandpa still lives in this small short 。 The woman bought two beautiful Chinese ?！ ⌒稳菰~名詞化：有些形容詞前加定冠詞后變成名詞，表示一類人，謂語常用復(fù)數(shù)。這類詞有：rich / poor。 good / bad 。 young / old 。 healthy / ill 。 living / dead 。 black / white (表示人種等)。例如：The young should take good care of the ?！ he rich never help the poor in this ，富人從來不幫助窮人。形容詞短語做定語時(shí)要后置。如：They are the students easy to 。 We live in a house much larger than 。else要放在疑問代詞或復(fù)合不定詞之后。如：Did you see anybody else?你看到別的人了嗎？三．以ly結(jié)尾的形容詞 1） 大部分形容詞加ly可構(gòu)成副詞。但 friendly，deadly，lovely，lonely，likely，lively，ugly，brotherly，仍為形容詞。 改錯(cuò)：（錯(cuò)） She sang lovely. （錯(cuò)） He spoke to me very friendly. （對） Her singing was lovely. （對） He spoke to me in a very friendly way. 2）有些以ly 結(jié)尾既為形容詞，也為副詞，如daily，weekly，monthly，yearly，early等。 The Times is a weekly paper. 《時(shí)代周刊》為周刊。 The Times is published weekly. 《時(shí)代周刊》每周發(fā)行一期。 副詞定義: 副詞主要用來修飾動(dòng)詞，形容詞，副詞或其他結(jié)構(gòu)。 二. 副詞的位置 : 1） 在實(shí)義動(dòng)詞之前。 2） 在be動(dòng)詞、助動(dòng)詞之后?！? 3） 多個(gè)助動(dòng)詞時(shí)，副詞一般放在第一個(gè)助動(dòng)詞后。 注意： a. 大多數(shù)方式副詞位于句尾，但賓語過長，副詞可以提前，以使句子平衡。例如： We could see very clearly a strange light ahead of 。 b. 方式副詞well，badly，hard等只放在句尾。例如： He speaks English well. 他英語說得好。 三. 副詞的排列順序： 1） 時(shí)間，地點(diǎn)副詞，小單位的在前，大單位在后。 2） 方式副詞，短的在前，長的在后，并用and或but等連詞連接。例如： Please write slowly and carefully. 請寫得慢一些，仔細(xì)一些 3） 多個(gè)不同副詞排列：程度+地點(diǎn)+方式+時(shí)間副詞。 注意：副詞very 可以修飾形容詞，但不能修飾動(dòng)詞。 改錯(cuò)：（錯(cuò)） I very like English. （對） I like English very much. 注意：副詞enou
