【正文】 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)用紙 I 摘 要 本設(shè)計水質(zhì)為制革廢水,其特點: 水量水質(zhì)波動大 ; 可生化性好 ; 懸浮物濃度高,易腐敗,產(chǎn)生污泥量大 ; 廢水含 S2和總鉻等無機有毒化合物。 制革 廢水處理廠設(shè)計規(guī)模 20xxm3/d,設(shè)計水質(zhì)水量為: Q=20xxm3/d ,CODcr=1800~ 3000mg/L, PH=~ 10, SS=700~ 1000 ㎎ /l , BOD=800~ 1200㎎ /l,色度 200~ 400 倍。經(jīng)處理后,應(yīng)達到下列出水水質(zhì): COD≤300mg/L,色度≤80倍, SS≤150mg/L, BOD達 ≤100 mg/L,即達到 《污 水綜合排放標準》( GB89781996)中 制革行業(yè)的 二級標準。 本工程方案設(shè)計依據(jù)有關(guān)環(huán)境保護在污水中的要求,采用混凝沉淀 —氧化溝工藝處理制革廢水,在詳細方案比較的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了如下處理工藝流程: 圖 1 工藝流程圖 通過 設(shè)計 計算可知 COD 的去除率為 %, SS 的去除率為 95%,色度 去除為%。 經(jīng)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟分析,此方案投資總額 萬元,廢水處理成本為 / m3,有著良好的經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益。且節(jié)約用地、提高綠化、降低 能耗的理念在設(shè)計中得到充分的實踐,符合新時代環(huán)保的要求。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 制革廢水 混凝沉淀 氧化溝 粗細格柵 沉砂池 調(diào)節(jié)池 混凝反應(yīng)池 沉淀池 氧化溝池 二沉池 紫外消毒間 脫水間 濃縮池 進水 青島理工大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文)用紙 II Abstract The design is about the waste water treatment plant, and it features large fluctuation in its quality and quantity. It has a high removal of anic substances. It also has a high concentrations of suspended solids and produces large quantity of sludge. The wastewater contains inanic toxic pounds. The designing scale of waste water treatment plant is 20xx m3/d, the designing quality and quantity of water are: Q=20xxm3/d , COD=1800~ 3000mg/L , BOD=800~ 1200㎎ /l , PH=~ 10 ,SS=700~ 1000 ㎎ /l , Chroma =200~ 400 times. After disposing of it, the quality of water should attain the following standards: COD≤300mg/L,SS≤150mg/L, Chroma ≤ 80 times, BOD ≤100 mg/L ,reaching the second standard (GB89781996) of 《 integrated wastewater discharge standard》 . The design of this project is in accordance with requirements of the environmental protection in the wastewater. It uses the contact oxidation process – oxidation ditch process to deal with the wastewater in tanning industry. Based on parison of the detailed program, we select the following processes: tannery wastewater → Grids →primary sedimentation tank →balance pond →oxidation ditch process→ coagulating sedimentation →secondary clarifier → UV disinfection →Drainage sludge treatment process: enrichment →sludge dewatering →outbound logistics Through designing, we can know that the result of ? COD is %,ηSS is 95%, chrominance is %. After technical and economic analyzing, the investment amount of this project is Yuan, and the cost of disposal of waste water is Yuan/ m3. It not only gains good economic and social benefits, but also fully puts the ideas of saving land economically, improving landscaping and reducing energy consuming into the practice while designing, which is in conformity with new era environmental needs.
