安徽工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢業(yè)(論文)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 第 1 頁 共 64 頁 摘要 硅鋼堿廢水主要含有油和鐵屑等懸浮物,水呈堿性,常用中和、氣浮法結(jié)合生物處理的工藝達(dá)到除油降 COD 的目的。馬鋼采用了二級反應(yīng)、二級氣浮及生物接觸氧化法的工藝,此工藝出水水質(zhì)好,達(dá)到國家一級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。而漣鋼的工藝采用了二級中和槽、高效澄清池和過濾器,對于含油量大的污水,除油效果并不理想。 本設(shè)計(jì)中的污水水量 200m3/h,含油量 3000mg/L, COD=1000 mg/L, SS=400 mg/L, pH=913,出水水質(zhì)要求達(dá)到國家一 級排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。參考馬鋼的工藝,考慮設(shè)計(jì)水量較小,采用 SBR 生物處理,其 工藝流程簡單 , 運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)靈活 , 基建費(fèi)用低 ;處理效果好 , 出水水質(zhì)穩(wěn)定 ; 具有較好的除磷脫氮效果 ; 污泥沉降性能良好 ; 對水質(zhì)水量變化的適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)。 本工藝固定投資包括土建費(fèi)、設(shè)備器材費(fèi)、安裝費(fèi)、管理費(fèi)、工程預(yù)備費(fèi)等其他費(fèi)用,工程總投資達(dá) 萬元;污水處理成本包括動力費(fèi)、勞力費(fèi)、藥劑費(fèi)、檢修維修費(fèi)、折舊費(fèi)等其他費(fèi)用,綜合成本為 元 /m3。 關(guān)鍵詞 : 堿性廢水 SBR 反應(yīng)池 冷卻塔 經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析 安徽工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢業(yè)(論文)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 第 2 頁 共 64 頁 Abstract Alkaline siliconwastewater containing oil and iron filings and other major suspensions. Water was alkaline. Neutralization and flotation bined with biological treatment process often to used to achieve the purpose of degreasing and COD reduction. Maanshan Iron and Steel Company uses two level reactor, two level flotation and biological contact oxidation process .This process effluent quality better meeting the national emission standards. The process LIANGANG uses two level neutralization tank, high efficiency clarifiers and filters. For the high content of oilwater, degreasing is not ideal. The design rate of the sewage water is 200 m3 / h, oil content of 3000mg / L, COD = 1000 mg / L, SS = 400 mg / L, pH = 913, effluent discharge standards required to achieve the national level. Reference Maanshan Iron and Steel Company process, considering the small design rate, SBR biological treatment is used.
