山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文I摘要本設(shè)計(jì)的題目——反饋控制軸向摩擦偶合器,是一個(gè)全新的課題,在國(guó)內(nèi)外算得上是一種比較先進(jìn)的產(chǎn)品,本設(shè)計(jì)是在無(wú)反饋軸向摩擦偶合器的基礎(chǔ)上,為了獲得更好的軟啟動(dòng)效果而設(shè)計(jì)的一種新產(chǎn)品。同時(shí),它具有與傳統(tǒng)的硬啟動(dòng)相同的承載能力。因此本方案具有很好的發(fā)展前景。本文的主要任務(wù)是整體結(jié)構(gòu)的合理設(shè)計(jì),包括摩擦元件的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,各個(gè)傳動(dòng)部件的設(shè)計(jì)等。另外選擇摩擦性能較好的摩擦材料對(duì)本次設(shè)計(jì)來(lái)說(shuō)顯得尤為重要,是關(guān)系到成敗的關(guān)鍵因素。還要對(duì)各個(gè)傳動(dòng)和鏈接元件進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度校核。從而使得該方案具有較好的可行性和實(shí)用性。為了便于實(shí)現(xiàn)反饋控制,本方案采用主動(dòng)級(jí)相對(duì)于反饋級(jí)對(duì)稱布置的結(jié)構(gòu),主動(dòng)級(jí)在兩側(cè),中間是反饋級(jí)。在啟動(dòng)時(shí)采用離心式壓緊,在徑向均勻布置的帶有錐面的離心塊(與錐面摩擦盤配合)在主、從動(dòng)機(jī)達(dá)到一定轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)將主動(dòng)級(jí)和反饋級(jí)離心塊甩出,產(chǎn)生徑向位移的離心塊同時(shí)在錐面間產(chǎn)生軸向位移,這樣就將主動(dòng)級(jí)機(jī)摩擦片和從動(dòng)機(jī)摩擦片擠緊,主、從動(dòng)機(jī)結(jié)合并傳動(dòng)。離心塊采用圓柱螺旋壓縮彈簧復(fù)位。個(gè)摩擦片和摩擦盤上帶有花鍵槽。從動(dòng)軸為花鍵軸,固定反饋級(jí)離心塊的錐面圓盤可以在花鍵軸上滑動(dòng),使得其兩側(cè)的摩擦片分擔(dān)相等的負(fù)載,杜絕了兩邊承載不均勻的現(xiàn)象。關(guān)鍵詞:摩擦偶合器;離心塊;摩擦片;錐面摩擦盤;復(fù)位彈簧山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文IIAbstract This design topic, feedback control axial frictional couplers, is a brandnew topic at home and abroad, is one of the more advanced product, the design is in no feedback axial frictional couplers, on the basis of the soft start to get better effect and design of a kind of new products.
