山東科技大學學士學位論文I摘要本設計的題目——反饋控制軸向摩擦偶合器,是一個全新的課題,在國內外算得上是一種比較先進的產品,本設計是在無反饋軸向摩擦偶合器的基礎上,為了獲得更好的軟啟動效果而設計的一種新產品。同時,它具有與傳統(tǒng)的硬啟動相同的承載能力。因此本方案具有很好的發(fā)展前景。本文的主要任務是整體結構的合理設計,包括摩擦元件的設計計算,各個傳動部件的設計等。另外選擇摩擦性能較好的摩擦材料對本次設計來說顯得尤為重要,是關系到成敗的關鍵因素。還要對各個傳動和鏈接元件進行強度校核。從而使得該方案具有較好的可行性和實用性。為了便于實現反饋控制,本方案采用主動級相對于反饋級對稱布置的結構,主動級在兩側,中間是反饋級。在啟動時采用離心式壓緊,在徑向均勻布置的帶有錐面的離心塊(與錐面摩擦盤配合)在主、從動機達到一定轉速時將主動級和反饋級離心塊甩出,產生徑向位移的離心塊同時在錐面間產生軸向位移,這樣就將主動級機摩擦片和從動機摩擦片擠緊,主、從動機結合并傳動。離心塊采用圓柱螺旋壓縮彈簧復位。個摩擦片和摩擦盤上帶有花鍵槽。從動軸為花鍵軸,固定反饋級離心塊的錐面圓盤可以在花鍵軸上滑動,使得其兩側的摩擦片分擔相等的負載,杜絕了兩邊承載不均勻的現象。關鍵詞:摩擦偶合器;離心塊;摩擦片;錐面摩擦盤;復位彈簧山東科技大學學士學位論文IIAbstract This design topic, feedback control axial frictional couplers, is a brandnew topic at home and abroad, is one of the more advanced product, the design is in no feedback axial frictional couplers, on the basis of the soft start to get better effect and design of a kind of new products.
