【正文】 編 號本 科 生 畢 業(yè) 設 計 （ 論 文 ）題目： 學 院 專 業(yè)學 號 學生姓名 指導教師 二〇一二年六月摘要I摘 要隨著當代世界經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和國際貿(mào)易自由化的逐步深入,當前國際貿(mào)易壁壘的趨勢已由以關稅和非關稅為主的傳統(tǒng)國際貿(mào)易壁壘轉變?yōu)橐约夹g壁壘、綠色壁壘等為核心的新型國際貿(mào)易壁壘。這種隱形貿(mào)易保護的措施已經(jīng)逐漸成為世界上發(fā)達國家保護本國商品市場的措施,從形式上看，它對貿(mào)易自由的限制，具備一定的合理性，其對世界貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生了重大影響。且在國際貿(mào)易中，國際貿(mào)易壁壘對來自其他國家的產(chǎn)品和服務設置了障礙，限制了出口，在一定程度上保護了本國市場。然而我國作為發(fā)展中國家,在這種情況下的對外貿(mào)易受到了嚴重的沖擊。此時,加強對國際貿(mào)易壁壘趨勢的研究,并積極采取適當?shù)膶Σ邅硗黄飘斍皣H貿(mào)易的壁壘,對加快我國對外貿(mào)易的發(fā)展有著重大意義。為此，本文從研究新形勢下的國際貿(mào)易壁壘入手，與傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易壁壘進行對比，進而分析我國對外貿(mào)易面臨的貿(mào)易壁壘形勢，提出我國面對新貿(mào)易壁壘所應采取的對策。關鍵詞：傳統(tǒng)貿(mào)易壁壘 新貿(mào)易壁壘 對策研究AbstractIIABSTRACTAs contemporary to the economic development of the world and the international trade liberalization deepens, the current international trade barriers of the trend has a traditionally dominated the tariff and nontariff barriers to international trade for change in the technical barriers, such as the green barriers as the core of the new barriers to international trade. And in international trade, international trade barrier to from other countries products and services set obstacles, limit the export, and, to some extent, protect the domestic market. In China, however, as a developing country, in this case the foreign trade has a serious impact. At this time, to strengthen the international trade barriers trend of research, and actively take proper measures to break through the current international trade barriers, to speed up the development of China39。s foreign trade is of great significance.
