It is a innovative physical education curriculum 2+2+1 physical education curriculum model points that there are five physical education lessons in a week, including two specialized lessons, two munity activity classes and one class which is based on the requirements of National Syllabus of Physical Education. It not only makes students study the contents of unified syllabus, but also study their favorite sports programs. The present thesis analyzes the influences of this physical education curriculum model on students39。 sports participation attitude through various investigations on the current situation of “2+2+1”physical education curriculum model in Shanghai Min Hang Middle School, which include questionnaires done by 300 students and interviews of teachers. Through the survey and analysis, I can draw the following conclusions.Firstly, the implement of “2+2+1”physical education curriculum model improves the enthusiasm of students in physical education class.Secondly, “2+2+1”physical education curriculum model not only enlivens the atmosphere of physical education class, but also promotes students39。 participation in extracurricular sports activities. It makes contributions to the cultivation of personal interest in extracurricular sports.Thirdly,“2+2+1”physical education curriculum model improves students39。 enthusiasm on sports and further the formation of students39。 lifetime sport consciousness.Besides, there exist some shortages which are found in the process of survey.
