【正文】 華東師范大學(xué)體育與健康學(xué)院體育教育系2013屆學(xué)士學(xué)位論文上海市閔行中學(xué)“2+2+1”體育課程模式對(duì)高中學(xué)生體育參與態(tài)度的影響院 (系)： 體育與健康學(xué)院 專 業(yè)： 體 育 教 育 學(xué) 號(hào)： 10091310304 姓 名： 舒日龍 指導(dǎo)教師： 李世昌 職 稱： 教 授 完成時(shí)間： 2013年5月 目 錄中文摘要 3ABSTRACT 4 5 選題依據(jù) 5 研究主要問題 6 研究意義和目的 6 6 6 6 6 6 7 7 7 7 上海市閔行中學(xué)高中部“2+2+1”體育課程模式開展的的現(xiàn)狀分析 7 上海市閔行中學(xué)高中部學(xué)生參與課后體育活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)狀分析 10 13 13 14 14參考文獻(xiàn) 15致謝 16附件 17中文摘要隨著體育課程改革的不斷推進(jìn)，新的體育課程模式不斷涌現(xiàn)。上海市閔行中學(xué)的“2+2+1”體育課程模式，是一種具有創(chuàng)新意義的體育課程模式。所謂的“2+2+1”體育課程模式是指一周共有五節(jié)體育課，包括2節(jié)體育專修課、2節(jié)體育社團(tuán)活動(dòng)課和1節(jié)按照國(guó)家體育教學(xué)大綱的體育課。該模式讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)統(tǒng)一的教學(xué)大綱內(nèi)容時(shí)，還可以選擇自己喜歡的體育項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。本文對(duì)閔行中學(xué)300名學(xué)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查以及對(duì)相關(guān)專家及體育教師進(jìn)行了訪談，旨在對(duì)上海市閔行中學(xué)的“2+2+1”體育課程模式的開展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行多方面的調(diào)查，并分析該體育課程模式對(duì)學(xué)生體育參與態(tài)度的影響。通過調(diào)查與分析，得出以下結(jié)論： “2+2+1”體育課程模式的開展，提高了學(xué)生在體育課堂上的積極性。 “2+2+1”體育課程模式不僅活躍了體育課堂的氣氛，而且還有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生積極參與課外體育活動(dòng)，有助于個(gè)人的課外體育興趣的培養(yǎng)。 “2+2+1”體育課程模式提高了學(xué)生對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的積極性，促進(jìn)了學(xué)生“終身體育”意識(shí)的形成。 在調(diào)查過程中，還發(fā)現(xiàn)了其存在的不足之處，對(duì)此我們提出了以下幾點(diǎn)建議： 加強(qiáng)體育課程的管理，優(yōu)化開設(shè)項(xiàng)目； 提高教師的專項(xiàng)技能水平； 加強(qiáng)學(xué)生體育意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)。 關(guān)鍵詞： 上海市閔行中學(xué) “2+2+1”體育課程模式 高中生 體育參與態(tài)度AbstractWith the development of physical education curriculum reform, new physical education curriculum model is constantly emerging, for example,“2+2+1”physical education curriculum model in Shanghai Min Hang Middle School. It is a innovative physical education curriculum 2+2+1 physical education curriculum model points that there are five physical education lessons in a week, including two specialized lessons, two munity activity classes and one class which is based on the requirements of National Syllabus of Physical Education. It not only makes students study the contents of unified syllabus, but also study their favorite sports programs. The present thesis analyzes the influences of this physical education curriculum model on students39。 sports participation attitude through various investigations on the current situation of “2+2+1”physical education curriculum model in Shanghai Min Hang Middle School, which include questionnaires done by 300 students and interviews of teachers. Through the survey and analysis, I can draw the following conclusions.Firstly, the implement of “2+2+1”physical education curriculum model improves the enthusiasm of students in physical education class.Secondly, “2+2+1”physical education curriculum model not only enlivens the atmosphere of physical education class, but also promotes students39。 participation in extracurricular sports activities. It makes contributions to the cultivation of personal interest in extracurricular sports.Thirdly,“2+2+1”physical education curriculum model improves students39。 enthusiasm on sports and further the formation of students39。 lifetime sport consciousness.Besides, there exist some shortages which are found in the process of survey. Here are some suggestions.First of all, strengthen the management of physical education curriculum and optimize the opening project.Secondly, improve teachers39。 specialized skills.Lastly, strengthen the cultivation of students39。 s
