【正文】 本科畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文) 3000 m3/d 印染廢水處理工藝設(shè)計(jì) 學(xué) 院 環(huán)境科學(xué)與工程學(xué)院 專 業(yè) 環(huán)境工程 年級(jí)班別 2020 級(jí)( 1)班 學(xué) 號(hào) 3104008132 學(xué)生姓名 周彭 指導(dǎo)教師 江峰 付豐連 2020 年 6 月廣東工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) I 設(shè)計(jì)總說(shuō)明 紡織印染行業(yè)是我國(guó)用水量較大、排放廢水量較多的工業(yè)部門之一。排放的 廢水中所用的漿料、油劑、染料和化學(xué)助凝劑等,具有成分復(fù)雜、有機(jī)物濃度中等、可生化性較差、水質(zhì)變化大、生化需氧量高、色度高、 pH 值高的特點(diǎn)。這樣的廢水如果不經(jīng)處理或經(jīng)處理后未達(dá)到規(guī)定排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)就直接排放,不僅直接危害人們的身體健康,而且嚴(yán)重破壞水體、土壤及其生態(tài)系統(tǒng)。本人設(shè)計(jì)的是 3000m3/d 的印染廢水處理工藝。采用生化法 +化學(xué)法,其工藝是水解酸化 +接觸氧化 +混凝沉淀。此方法可有效的處理廢水中的 BOD, COD, pH 還有色度。特別是接觸氧化池幾乎不產(chǎn)生污泥避免了傳統(tǒng)好氧池的污泥膨脹現(xiàn)象。 關(guān)鍵詞: 印染 廢水 ,水 解酸化,接觸氧化,混凝 廣東工業(yè)大學(xué) 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) II Introduction of design The textile industry is one of the industrial sectors which consume more water and discharge more wastewater. The sizing agent, oil, dye and chemical coagulant aid discharged from the dye wastewater are characteristized by the plicated ponents, medium concentration of anic matter, variable water quality, high chroma, high COD and high pH value. In such circumstances, if the wastewater is discharged directly without treatment or with no achieving the required emission standards, it will badly harm our health directly, destroy the water, the soil and its ecosystem. My design is to treat with the dyeing wastewater of 3000 m3/d. The design adopts the biochemistrychemistry method, containing acid hydrolysis, contact oxidation, coagulation and precipitation. In this way the BOD, COD, pH and chroma can be treated effectively. Especially, the contact oxidation pond hardly produces any sludge, so it can avoid the expansion of sludge of traditional oxidation ditch.
